Study on the preparation of γ-alumina-supported molybdenum phosphide hydrofining catalysts;2. Silica-supported molybdenum phosphide s were prepared in a fixed bed reactor by an in situ reduction method from their oxidic precursors.

以SiO2为载体，用钼酸铵和磷酸氢二铵作钼源和磷源，采用共浸渍法制备了负载型磷化钼氧化态前体；在固定床反应器上，用H2原位还原制备了MoP/SiO2催化剂。

The experimental group corneas were preserved by organ culture for 4 weeks, the corneal thickness was measured with ultrasonic corneal pachymeter. Then every corneas were divided into half -chip, there are 48 half-chip total. It was divided into 4 groups, there are 12 half-chip in every groups. The corneal endothelial cell density of 12 half-chip were counted through Alizarin Red-Trypan blue staining; 12 half-clip corneas were fixed with 4% neutral formalin solution, HE staining was performed, the expression of AQP-1 in corneal stroma and corneal endothelial cell were detected through immunohistochemical staining; Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities in 12 half-clip corneas were examined with Na~+-K~+-ATPase kit; the expression of AQP-1 mRNA were detected through real-time fluorescent quantitation PCR.

实验组经器官培养保存4周后以角膜测厚仪测量角膜厚度，然后每个角膜被分成两半，共48个半片角膜，再分成4组，每组12个半片。12个半片用茜素红-台盼蓝染色染色行角膜内皮细胞计数；12个半片角膜用4%中性福尔马林溶液固定行HE染色、应用免疫组化染色检测AQP-1在角膜基质和内皮细胞表达的改变；12个半片角膜用Na~+-K~+-ATP酶试剂盒测量角膜内皮细胞Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性；12个半片角膜用实时荧光定量PCR检测AQP-1mRNA表达改变。

The general situations of the eye were observed and the corneal thickness were measured with ultrasonic corneal pachymeter after the animal models was established. After a week, the corneas were removed after the experimental animals are put to death. 术后观察眼球大体情况、测量角膜厚度。1周后处死实验动物取角膜，用茜素红-台盼蓝染色染色行角膜内皮细胞计数；用4%中性福尔马林溶液固定行HE染色、应用免疫组化染色检测AQP-1在角膜基质和内皮细胞表达的改变；用Na~+-K~+-ATP酶试剂盒测量角膜内皮细胞Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性；实时荧光定量PCR检测AQP-1mRNA在角膜内皮细胞表达的改变；并于正常对照组角膜比较。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

Model of animals were established by putting rats in a container with slippy inner wall and half-full of water in it, letting them swimming freely till died of being drowned. Each rat from different groups was killed by breaking its neck except drowning group, then BW and SO_2 was detected, and its chest was cut open rapidly, lung was taken out and weight was measured accurately to count lung coefficient. Its lung appearance was observed and lung tissue was fixed with formalin, which was made into pathology slices with HE staining, and pathology change of the lung tissue was observed;Expression of IL-8 and IL-10 in lung tissue was detected with Immunocytochemistry, and correlation between them was analyzed .

动物模型制作采用将大鼠放入盛有黄河水的内壁光滑的容器内，让其自由泳动自然溺死，除溺水致死组外，各组动物分别在规定的时间点断头处死，行体重和血氧饱和度等指标检测，并在冰盘中迅速开胸取肺，准确称重以计算肺系数，观察各组大鼠肺脏外观，取肺组织福尔马林固定，制成病理切片HE染色，光镜下观察肺组织病理改变；用免疫组化的方法检测肺内IL-8、IL-10的表达，并对其相关性进行分析研究。
