No doubt ,our legislative and judicative activities must obey those rules ; many other theses also has talked about that. But the difference is , this dissertation not only has talked about the martime transport service rules under GATS , but also has introduced the new negotiation about maritime transport service in Doha. Next it pointed out the difficulties of the new negotiation and predication has been given. It hopes that this part will give somewhat help to people whose work related on maritime service .
