In this design case, i am trying to do the following works,using representative elements of chinese traditional garden into the designing of modern sight,and using the traditional thoughs of building a chinese classical garden into designing a modern community,although these are only shallow tryings,i found many fascinating points.

在这个设计方案中，我做了以下尝试：把中国古典园林的代表性元素运用到现代的景观设计中，利用古人造园的想法来设计现代化的小区。虽然只是初探，却发现其中实在是奥妙无穷。

对于四元桥、四惠桥、十八里店桥等13座立交桥的周围绿化带和朝阳公园、红领巾公园、窑洼湖公园等18个大型公共绿地，园林专家们在设计上，确定以栽种大规格乔木为主，确定2至3个基调树种和7至8个主要树种，以自然式片状混交、大型组团方式形成宏大的气势，让这些景点成为四环路绿化全线的精彩片段。

首先，国际设计竞赛在《风景园林》杂志、IFLA在线学刊、Topos 和美国风景园林师协会等网站上发出号召便得到广泛的响应，报名者极为踊跃。267份报名表，120份方案按时发回，电子信箱都来不及收受，这是出乎意料的，工作计划只有按实际情况调整。
