The first part discusses about the effects of the five factors:temperature,relative air moisture,rate of frass sifting,density of larvae,fodder water percentage to growth speed and survival rate of older mealworm (Tenebrio molitor L.) larvae through rotational composite design of quadratic regression. Two models were established to describe the effects of the five factors. The models showed that percentage of fodder water is the major factor that has effect on the growing speed of T. molitor larvae,and fodder water is the major factor on death rate. The models also show that temperature on growth speed,temperature and fodder have important effects on death rate,and the significant test showed they have significant difference on 1% or 5% level. From the two models,by frequency analysis,we can get the optimizing rearing condition,in which the mealworm larvae overweight 10% per day,temperature is 25-26 ,frass sifting rate is once 2-4 days,density of larvae is 0.61-0.79 g/cm2,fodder water is 33.27%-39.71%. And the rearing condition,in which total death rate of T.

On the base of the concrete circumstance of Chinese enterprises, this paper provided a hypothetic system model of influencing factors of women entrepreneurs" performance (including human capital, motivation and goals, personal traits, family 和 network relationships and environmental fators), and designed the evaluation index of women entrepreneurs" performance, then did an empirical research on the relativity between these different influencing factors.

Therefore, this paper discusses the influences of individual characteristic factors and training transfer climate on training transfer, discovers the key factors affecting training transfer and builds a new model of factors affecting training transfer. Accordingly, the paper can enrich and makeup the existing the research result of training transfer in favor of control the impedient factors affecting training transfer and improve the effect of trainees using knowledge and skills learned in trainings on the jobs in order to provide academic direction and practical reference. Firstly, the paper confirms the research instruments.

因此本文探讨个人特征因素和培训迁移气氛对培训迁移的影响，找出影响培训迁移的关键因素，建立新的培训迁移影响因素模型，从而丰富和补充现有的培训迁移研究成果，并且有利于控制影响培训迁移的障碍因素，最大程度地提高受训者的培训迁移效果，为以后的培训提供理论性的指导和实用性的参考。

As an "acceptor", the teachers" professional development will be influenced by many exterior factors, namely the restrictions and limitations, which includes the factors from the society and school which are expounded on from the outside to inside and one tier after another.
