Therefore, it is important for therapists to know what geometric modification of AFO can prolong its usage. The purpose of this study was to develop a motion simulator for observing the effect of simulated heel strike impact and foot dorsiflexion on the AFO. The geometry of motion simulator was designed similar to human leg.
