Abstract］ AIM:To investigate the role of nuclear factor κB in the induction of iNOS gene by TNFα and LPS in endothelial cells and the effect of antioxidant on the induction of iNOS. METHODS:Nitrite was determined based on Griess reaction. iNOS mRNA was analyzed using Northern blot. NFκB in the cell nucleole was detected with electrophoretic mobility shift assay.RESULTS:(1)NO production and iNOS mRNA expression induced by LPS and TNFα was blocked by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate or N-acetylcysteine.

研究表明内皮细胞激活时iNOS表达的调控主要发生在转录水平。iNOS基因的启动子区域含有多个转录因子的结合位点包括NFκB、AP-1、NF-IL6，Oct-1等［2］，而核因子κB(nuclear factor κB， NFκB)被认为在多种参与炎症反应的蛋白质因子的基因调控中担任重要角色，因而可能是内皮细胞激活的调控中一个重要转录激活因子［2，3］。

A fuzzy logic controller based on Genetic Algorithm has been devised aimed at this point. GA is employed to optimize the membership functions of the Fuzzy Logic Controller and the initial values of the quantifying factors and the scaling factor. And the quantifying factors and the scaling factor are adjusted on-line according to the output of the fuzzy control query table.

Results:According STAI, the scores of anxiety state factor,negative anxiety state factor, trait anxiety state factor, negative trait anxiety state factor and the total scores of unstable angina patients' were all higher than those in the control group.

Experiment shows that both the dry plate pressure drop and the wet plate pressure drop increase with the increase of the kinetic energy factor in plate hole but have no influence of the height of cap. The wet plate pressure drop linearly ascends as the clear liquid height increases. Liquid lift-up increases at first then decreases with the increasing of the kinetic energy factor in plate hole, increases with the clear liquid height increasing and the height of cap decreasing, but as the kinetic energy factor in plate hole increased, the influence of height of cap will gradually decreased.

实验表明干板压降、湿板压降均随板孔动能因子的增大而增大，不受罩体高度变化的影响，湿板压降随清液层高度的增大而增大，成正比关系；液体提升量随板孔动能因子的增大先增大后减小，随清液层高度的增大而增大，随罩体高度的增大而减小，但随板孔动能因子的增加，罩体高度的影响逐渐变小；漏液量随板孔动能因子的增大迅速减小，随清液层高度的增大而增大，但接近漏液点时清液层高度的影响不明显。

结果被试总体性观念各因子的得分在1.89±0.65～3.38±0.71之间，即性思想开放性、性行为多样性、性交易接受性、性对象可选性和性知识丰富性；上述因子的得分，男生显著高于女生；四年级显著高于一、二、三年级；城市生源学生显著高于农村生源学生；性观念因子高分组与低分组的被试在心理健康因子上的敌对和偏执上差异显著，前者得分高于后者。
