The main content of this dissertation can be described as follows: Firstly, the precision measuring theory of spindle rotatory error by the single, double, trinary sensor respectively is researched more thoroughly along with the elimination principle of measurement deviation. According to the characteristic of boring, a new measuring theory and its evaluation criteria of two radiating sensors is proposed based on the theory of relative axis trace movement.

全文围绕实现主轴回转误差的测量与补偿理论机器在镗削加工中的应用研究展开，具体内容概括如下：首先，在分析主轴回转误差的精密测试理论之后、对单传感器、双传感器、三传感器方法的测试理论，测量偏差的消偏原理等理论进行深入地研究。

Based on the raw material conditions of pelletizing process at Ma Steel the process parameters, such as bed depth of grate, temperatures of updraught drying , downdraught drying, preheating and roasting in oxidized pellet production were studied with a grate-kiln simulator.

Based on analyzing and comparing the characteristics of the present cutters, the material characteristics of Arundo Donaxl has tested and analyzed in this paper, and investigated a rotating chain-type saw-tooth cutter for stalks of tall-thick and harder crops , and developed a cutting test system including the rotating chain-type cutting tester system and transportation mechanism and the high-speed photography image collecting and processing system. Arundo Donaxl cutting test has been carried out and the cutting process of the Arundo Donaxl has been photographed on-line by the high-speed photography image collecting system.

本课题在比较分析现有切割器性能特征的基础上，试验分析了芦竹的物料特性；研究了用于高、粗、硬茎秆作物切割的回转链式锯齿形切割器；设计了包括回转链式芦竹切割器、芦竹夹持输送装置和高速摄像图像采集与处理系统的芦竹收割机切割试验系统；对芦竹进行了切割试验，并通过高速摄像图像采集系统在线记录了切割过程；运用自行设计开发的高速摄像分析及其序列图像处理软件，试验分析了影响芦竹切割质量和切割效率的因素。

Now in the strength calculation of the circumgyrate machinerys parts, this distinct dynamic effect is replaced by safty coefficient.

然而，在回转机构实际的运转过程中，特别是在制动时，机构中发生的冲击振动现象十分明显，但这种非常显著的动态效应在回转机构的强度计算中仅由安全系数来考虑，也就是把较复杂的动态系统人为地转化为简单的静态系统并没有准确地反映事物的本质。

Therefore, the in-depth research on the process of dynamic loads when braking ,the analysis about the causation and influence factor of the dynamic loads" emergence is necessary to the design of the circumgyrate machinery Aim at above problems, this text treats the portal crane"s boom system as a research object ,using finite element analysis and mechanism kinetics as theories foundation and analysis means ,utilizing ANSYS8.1 to research the dynamic effect of the crane boom under the circumstance of braking.

针对以上问题，本文以MQ4033门座起重机臂架系统为研究对象，以有限元和机械动力学为理论基础，运用ANSYS8.1对臂架系统在回转制动时的工况进行动力学分析，获得了臂架系统的模态特征以及在回转制动时的动力响应。

And the above mentioned coefficients can be calculated directly by computer according to the ducted propeller principal particulars.
