To investigate the activity of fruit extracts on artery blood vessel cells, we chose CRL-2606 cell line, a normal iliac artery endothelia cells. Using indomethacin as control, we investigate the effect of blueberry extracts, blackcurrant extracts, chokeberry extracts, cyanidin3-glucoside, and malvidin3-glucoside on the PGE2 production of CRL-2606 cells.

第二部分水果提取物对人体细胞系CRL-2606产生PGE2的影响水果提取物对血管内皮细胞释放PGE2的影响流行病学调查表明，蔬菜水果中的多酚类物质具有预防慢性心血管疾病的作用，为研究水果提取物对血管细胞的作用，我们选择回肠动脉内皮细胞CRL-2606细胞系作为研究对象，以indomethacin为对照，研究了blueberry，blackcurrant，chokeberry提取物及cyanidin3-glucoside，和malvidin3-glucoside对血管内皮细胞释放PGE2的影响。

结果显示，随着日龄增加，肝、脾、法氏囊、回肠、肾等组织中的cAPN表达量相对稳定，肺、腺胃、空肠等组织中的cAPN表达量呈现持续下降趋势，而十二指肠中的cAPN表达量持续上升，但盲肠、空肠中的cAPN表达量规律性不强且波动较大。

用卵白蛋白(ovalbumin，OA)免疫豚鼠造成过敏模型，观察LMWH对OA所致的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩的影响；在大鼠颅骨骨膜接种抗血清使肥大细胞被动致敏，观察LMWH对OA引起肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响；以4-氨基吡啶诱发小鼠舔体反应，观察LMWH对舔体反应的影响；以冰醋酸使小鼠毛细血管通透性增加，观察LMWH对通透性的影响。

Abstract］ objective to explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diverticular surgical complication.methods 24 cases of small bowel diverticular were retrospectively analysed.results the diagnosis was made preoperatively in 4 duodenal diverticula and only 1 jejunal diverticula.clinical complications included obstruction in 11 cases,bleeding in 4 cases,perforation in 4 cases.23 cases were cured.1 case was died of mof.all the diverticular with complications had histopathological signs of inflammation and 3 had signs of ulcer and 4 had the resected.conclusion the small bowel diverticular is rare.it may diagnose except common reason underwent gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction.the gi is an effective way of examinations.operation is effective for small bowel diverticular disease.

回顾性分析24例小肠憩室病外科并发症的临床资料。结果术前6例十二指肠憩室中4例确诊，18例空回肠憩室仅1例确诊。小肠憩室伴小肠梗阻11例，憩室出血4例，憩室穿孔4例。23例治愈，1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。有并发症的憩室病理都有炎症表现，5例有溃疡，4例有异位黏膜组织。结论小肠憩室病比较少见。在胃肠出血或梗阻的情况下，可采取对常见原因排除的方法进行诊断。在不需要急诊手术的情况下，钡餐造影是最有效的检查。手术是可靠有效的治疗方法。

Results: Small intestinal tumors with gastrointestinal bleeding had the following clinical characteristics:(1) Melena was more common;(2) Most of the patients were over 40 years old;(3) Benign tumors were more common;(4) Smooth muscle tumors is more common in the benign tumors which majouryly located injijunam.

结果 ：以消化道出血为主要症状的原发性小肠肿瘤的临床特点：(1)以便血为主；(2 )大多数在 4 0岁以上；(3)以良性肿瘤为多见；(4)良性肿瘤多为平滑肌肿瘤，主要位于空肠，而恶性肿瘤多位于回肠，以淋巴瘤和腺癌多见；(5 )消化道出血的时间和出血量与肿瘤的大小、性质无关。

Result: The absorption rates in rat stomachs at 2 h after administration was 76.31%; The absorption rates at colon, duodenum, ileum and jejunum were 46.25%, 40.54%, 38.21%, 32.77%, respectively. The absorption rate constant at concentrations of 10.014 4, 20.028 8-40.057 6 mg·L-1 in intestine were 0.643 4, 0.613 7, 0.597 0 h-1, respectively. The K a of scopoletin at pH of 6.0, 6.8 and 7.4 in intestine were 0.621 7, 0.603 3, 0.613 7 h-1, respectively.
