结果病变类型为末端回肠炎25例，淋巴滤泡增生症29例，溃疡10例，息肉2例，结核8例，小肠出血6例。结论结肠镜不仅可以直视末端回肠病变，还能进行病理活检，可明显提高疾病的确诊率。
