Objective To study operational technique and treatment of laparoscopic vaginoplasty by transferring ileal segment flaps.

目的：探讨在腹腔镜下带血管蒂回肠移植阴道成形术的手术方法及治疗效果。

laparoscopic ileal flap for colpopoiesis is one of vaginoplasty such as minimally hurt. Accord with physiology and more ideal.

腹腔镜下带血管蒂回肠移植阴道成形术创伤小、美容效果好，符合生理状态，是较理想的阴道成形方法。

Results 96 patients were successfully operated with Luohu's vaginoplasty, 3 cases were conversed to sigmoid colon vaginoplasty with laparotomy, 1 patient was operated with laparoscopic ileum vaginoplasty.

结果： 100例手术中，3例中转开腹改行乙状结肠阴道成形术，1例行腹腔镜回肠阴道成形术，余96例完成腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术。

Results The absorption rate constants of zingerone were 0.0137, 0.0135 and 0.0139 min^(-1) at the concentration of 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 μgmL^(-1), respectively; Ka of zingerone in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon were 0.0070, 0.0031, 0.0032 and 0.0026 min^(-1), respectively.
