In 2008,one year before the decennial, we are going to introspect and memorize, to express the culture and life style before and after handover. Invited artists from Hong Kong and Macau are getting between our daily life and think about the changes and affections which handover brings to us, and the development of a city which is often challenging human's culture, so as to show artist's notion of live and city development.

在2008年…澳门回归十周年前的一年，作一个反思和回想，以艺术作品表达艺术家对于回归前后的文化与生活模式的表现；展览邀请香港及本地艺术家以不同的方式介入我们的日常生活，思考回归对我们的生活影响与实质的改变，以及经常挑战着人类文化的城市发展，呈现艺术家对生活与城市发展的想法。

The talk will review four 'narratives' of deinstitutionalization: 1 the positive narrative of moving care from the asylum to the community, from 'confinement' to 'hope'; 2 the dark narratives of 'deinstitutionalization' leading to neglect and 'reinstitutionalization'; 3 a cultural narrative of distinctive forms of institutionalization and deinstitutionalization in diverse regions of Asia; and 4 a reminder of the complex history of deinstitutionalization in the United States and Western countries.

这个讲座将回顾对去机构化的四种"表述"：1把服务从避难所转到社区的积极表述，从"拘禁所"到"希望"；2）"去机构化"导致忽视和"重新机构化"的灰暗的表述；3）在不同的亚洲地区有各具特色的机构化和去机构化形式的文化表述；4）让人回想起在美国和西方国家中去机构化的复杂历史。

But to avoid the impression that this exteriorization, this transference of our most intimate feelings, is just a characteristic of the so called primitive stages of development, let's remind ourselves of a phenomenon quite usual in popular TV shows or serials - canned-laughter.

但是要避免我们内心最深处的感觉的这种外化、这种转移不过是所谓的原初发展阶段的一个特征的这种印象，让我们回想一下在通俗电视表演或连续剧中的一个相当常见的现象——录音的笑声（canned-laughter）。

One little prince from a new asteroid in the solar system left because its beauty and naughty. He traveled around various planets. He recognized the king, the vaunter, the drunken men, the businessmen and geologists. At last, he came to the earth, establishing a good relationship with the fox and deriving the essence of life. In the fairy tale, we appreciate sorrow and joy with the little prince and recall the details of their neglected episode.

一个来自太阳系中某颗小行星的小王子，因为和他那美丽，骄傲的玫瑰闹了别扭，便只身出走，在各星球间游历，见识了国王、自负的人、酒鬼、商人、点灯人和地理学家；最后，他降临地球，在这里同狐狸建立了友谊，并且得到了人生的真谛……在童话里我们跟着小王子一起体味忧伤和快乐，回想生活里曾一次次被自己忽略的细节片段，被长大了的我们弄复杂的问题，那些来去如风，经过我们生命的人们。
