The spatial autocorrelation coefficient and spatial regression model are widely applied spatial statistic techniques to explain the effects and distributions of spatial factors. This study identifies the major driving forces of the spatial neighborhood effect on land-use/land-cover change in Metropolitan Taipei.

空间自相关系数(spatial autocorrelation coefficient， SAC)或空间回归模型(spatial regression model， SRM)为探讨空间关系常用的工具，其中空间自相关系数以相关系数之观念，藉以探讨空间聚集的型态；空间回归模型则以线性回归模式为基础，探讨自变数以及依变数项的空间差异，对空间近邻效果提供有效的解释方式。

Wavelength calibration coefficients were calculated through regression analysis after several ordinal numbers of CCD's pixels corresponding to Mercury-Argon Lamp's spectral lines were measured. The residuals of certain spectral lines were computed using the coefficients measured and the ones from factory, the degree of fitting for regression equation was estimated using the new coefficients. The final results validated the wavelength calibration model.

This paper, establishing the pan data model, analyzes the relation between energy consumption and GDP increase, calculates the regression factors of GDP to total consumed energy, coal, petroleum, gas, electricity and the energy consumption factors during 2001 to 2004, and prognosticates the adjustment in the future energy consumption structure in Jiangxi-Zhejiang-Shanghai area.
