The primary conclusions of this paper are:(1) Since reform and opening, financial policy is continuously a macroeconomic tool for adjusting China's total demand; Before 1998, government suppressed the total demand by deceasing public capital investment; After 1998, government increased the total demand by expanding public capital investment.(2) Regression results of computation indicate that public capital investment has remarkable effect on increasing macroeconomic productivity and labor productivity of three industries.

本文的结论主要有：1从改革开放以来，财政政策一直作为我国调节总需求的宏观经济工具：1998年以前，政府是通过减少公共投资来抑制总需求的；1998年以后，政府是通过扩大公共投资来增加总需求的。2计量回归结果显示我国公共投资对宏观经济生产力及三个产业的劳动生产力的提高效应是显著的。

This paper, establishing the pan data model, analyzes the relation between energy consumption and GDP increase, calculates the regression factors of GDP to total consumed energy, coal, petroleum, gas, electricity and the energy consumption factors during 2001 to 2004, and prognosticates the adjustment in the future energy consumption structure in Jiangxi-Zhejiang-Shanghai area.

建立面板数据模型，对江浙沪地区能源消费和GDP增长的关系进行模拟分析，测算出能源总量、煤炭、原油、天然气、电力消费对GDP的回归系数以及江浙沪三地对能源消费的地区影响因子和2001-2004年各年对能源消费的时间影响因子。结合江浙沪能源资源现状，对江浙沪地区未来的能源结构调整方向进行预测和展望。

This research utilizes regression models in three ways," all years","every industry", and " every year", and adopted corporate governance variables include scale of the board and the inspectors, the holding rate of the board and the inspector, the holding rate of primary shareholder, managers, trust funds, government, and corporations, the degree of concentration of shares, and two dummy variables,"whether the chairman and chief official executive is the same person", and "whether the company's CPA firm ranks the first four".

本研究以1994年至2003年的外资持股公司为研究对象，并将回归模型分为：总年度、各产业别及各年度以分别讨论之，样本总数共为4620笔。公司治理的变数中，本研究采用：董事会规模、监察人规模、董监持股率、大股东持股率、经理人持股率、股权集中程度、董事长是否兼任总经理、政府金融机构、信托基金持股率、公司法人持股率及是否由四大跨国会计师事务所查核。

A cross sectional study with the questionnaire was carried out.The influencing factors for obesity were investigated by non 2 logistic regression analysis.

目的：了解肥胖儿童膳食结构中存在的主要问题，进步研究肥胖的发病机制和防治提供科学依据方法：随机抽取来我院2007年5月至2008年10月就诊的6～12周岁儿童126名，按照体重指法判定出单纯性肥胖，将肥胖和正常儿童设为肥胖组和对照组，采用问卷法进行现况调查，调查结果采用二分类非条件logistic回归分析进行分析。

Methods: The authors conducted medical record reviews and telephone interviews of 106 consecutive patients with ACL reconstruction using quadrupled semitendinosus-gracilis autograft from 2004 to 2006.
