The main theme of this thesis is to seek strategies and waysfor the survival of Yantai Port in the competition and for its sustainabledevelopment, The thesis is composed of seven parts:Part One: IntroductionPart Two: Port development strategies and the significance ofresearchingPart Three: Analysis of Yantai Port" external environment Part Four: Analysis of Yantai Port"s internal environment Part Five: Analysis of transportation demands in Yantai Port Part Six: Development strategies for Yantai Port Part Seven: Major problems and policies related to thedevelopment of Yantai PortThrough analysis and prognosticating of equipments, stuff, organization and the external and internal environments of Yantai Port, we forecast the demands of transportation of Yantai Port.

文章分七部分：一、前言：二、港口发展战略及其研究意义；三、烟台港外部环境分析；四、烟台港内部环境分析；五、烟台港港口运输需求分析预测；六、烟台港港口发展战略规划；七、烟台港港口发展的主要问题及应采取的对策及建议。本文首先对烟台港务局港口设施和设备、组织机构、人员结构等资源及面临的内、外部环境进行了综合分析。在此基础上，利用近十年的统计资料，赁借线性回归等数学工具建立数学模型进行港口运输需求分析预测。

The empirical part choose 100 listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange market as the samples, analyzing their annual report data of 2005,2006 and 2007, using least squares regression analysis. I chose seven items to reflect the character of corporate governance. They are shareholding ratio of the biggest holder, the proportion of outstanding shares, the design of the Audit Committee, the general manager and chairman of the settings, the scale of the Board, the proportion of independent directors, and the share of executives.

实证部分以上海证券交易所上市的100家中国上市公司为研究样本，采用这些上市公司2005、2006和2007年的年报数据，运用最小二乘法进行回归分析，解释变量分别是第一大股东持股比例，流通股比例，高管人员持股比例，总经理与董事长的设置情况，独立董事比例，董事会规模，是否设计审计委员会。

Relatively, most people in HK enjoyed a lot just one year earlier before and right after the hand-over of HK to China in 1997 when they could easily pay for a bottle of Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1982 or Chateau Margaux 1981 or other top ten first growth Bordeaux wines in repeated bottles. It was mainly due to considerable daily increase of their assets of stock shares and properties.

With the full and accurate data, the fourth part had forecasted the development tendency of Nanjing residential real estate market from three aspects of supply, demand and price. On the basis of gray relational analysis method, it demonstrated the main factors affect the commodity housing demand. The paper applied the GM(1, 1) model to establish the gray forecast model of Nanjing commodity housing sales. Finally, based on regression analysis, the result indicates that the housing price was not caused by supply and demand.

第四部分通过大量详实的数据，从南京市住宅市场的供给、需求及价格三方面，预测了南京市未来住宅商品房的供给量，并运用指数增长模型分析了南京市未来住宅房地产开发投资和销售面积的波动趋势；运用灰色关联度实证了显著影响南京市住宅商品房需求的因素，同时，借助灰色预测方法，建立灰色预测模型预测了未来几年南京市住宅商品房销售面积；最后运用回归分析方法实证了南京市住宅商品房价格增长过快并非完全受供求关系影响，同时将定量和定性分析相结合预测了南京市住宅商品房价格的发展趋势。

In this paper,through reviewing causality and regression equation of quantity of various price index about the economy of china in recent two decades,I try to uncover the inherent law under which our economy runs,and to probe into the extent to which the economy system exert effort.

通过考察我国20年来的各种价格指数的因果关系和量的回归方程，试图揭示我国经济的内在规律，并探讨我国市场机制发挥作用的程度。

The linear regression analysis shows that the distribution of average annual precipitation in the front mountainous area is mainly affected by height abore the sea level and that the distribution of average annual preci- pitation in the back mountainous area is mainly affected by geographical position in Beijing area.
