对临床和病理证实的4例囊性肾癌，8例肾脓肿，2例肾包虫，3例肾结核，30例肾囊肿的二维超声及彩色多普勒超声表现进行了分析，对每例病灶的大小、形态、边界、囊壁回声、囊液回声、囊内分隔及彩色血流的有无、性质进行比较。

Objective:to explore the evaluation of color doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of renal cystic disease.methods:theultrasonographic finds of cystic renal cancer in 4 cases,renal cyst in 30 cases, renal tuberculosis in 3 cases,nephropyosis in 8 cases,renal hydatid in 2 cases were analyzed.compared with each other in size,shape,edge, echo of cyst wall and cyst water,intracapsular membrane,blood flood.results:two-dimensional and color ultrasonography are helpful in showing the characteristic of structure and blood flow.the signal of blood flow can be found in cystic wall.node of cystic wall and intracapsular membrane of cystic renal cancer.the rate ofintracapsular membrane and node of cystic wall is higher than nephropyosis,renal tuberculosis and cystic renal disease.

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾脏囊性病变鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：对临床和病理证实的4例囊性肾癌，8例肾脓肿，2例肾包虫，3例肾结核，30例肾囊肿的二维超声及彩色多普勒超声表现进行了分析，对每例病灶的大小、形态、边界、囊壁回声、囊液回声、囊内分隔及彩色血流的有无、性质进行比较。结果：二维超声和彩色多普勒超声可以反映肾脏囊性病变的结构特征及血流特征。

结果输卵管妊娠可表现为未破裂孕囊型、管状低回声流产型和破裂混合团块型，附件区可探及阻力指数0.44 0.11的动脉血流频谱；未破裂孕囊型、管状低回声流产型和破裂混合团块型的附件区团块内部及周边血流丰富程度呈递减趋势，同时血流信号的丰富程度与血β—HCG测定值呈正相关，阻力指数与血β—HCG测定值呈负相关。

Results The ultrasonic examination of tuberculosis hydrothorax showed that hydrothorax in thoracic cavity had no echo zone with clear sound transparent;pleura was thickened uniformly;opaque dark area of fluid had no parenchymatous phyma.Ultrasonic examination of cancerous hydrothorax showed that hydrothorax in thoracic cavity had no echo zone filled with full of thin light spots;sound transparent was not very clear;pleura showed uniform thickening;opaque dark area of fluid had parenchymatous uniform phyma.

结果 结核性胸腔积液超声检查显示胸腔内胸腔积液无回声区透声清，胸膜均匀性增厚，液性暗区内未见实质性肿块；癌性胸腔积液超声检查显示胸腔内胸腔积液无回声区内充满细小光点，透声欠清，胸膜多呈非均匀性增厚，液性暗区内可见有实质非均质性肿块。

Ultrasonic examination of cancerous hydrothorax showed that hydrothorax in thoracic cavity had no echo zone filled with full of thin light spots;sound transparent was not very clear;pleura showed uniform thickening;opaque dark area of fluid had parenchymatous uniform phyma.

结果 结核性胸腔积液超声检查显示胸腔内胸腔积液无回声区透声清，胸膜均匀性增厚，液性暗区内未见实质性肿块；癌性胸腔积液超声检查显示胸腔内胸腔积液无回声区内充满细小光点，透声欠清，胸膜呈非均匀性增厚，液性暗区内可见有实质非均质性肿块。

Normal term newborns were examined as control. In 34 cases, there were no retrohepatic hyperechogenicity and the X-ray showed normal. In other 6 cases the sonographic pattern was discrete linear echoes, and X-ray showed wet lung.

而40例正常新生儿，有34例在肝脾后未见任何回声， X线胸片提示心肺正常； 6例显示在肝脾后可见稀疏的中等回声， X线胸片提示湿肺。

All of them were finally diagnosed as serious HMD by X-ray or autopsy. In other 3 cases, ultrasound revealed retrohepatic and retrosplenic radiating hyperechogenicity, the X-ray showed mild HMD. The sonographic specific pattern was absent in remained 2 csaes, the chest X-ray was normal.

所有病例经X 线胸片或尸检证实为严重的HMD； 3例在肝脾后呈放射状强回声， X线胸片提示为轻型的HMD； 2例缺少这种典型的强回声， X线诊断为正常肺。

The echolocation signals of Rhinolophidae and Hipposideridae are both long CF-FM with 1 harmonic and narrow FM bandwidth. But Rhinolophidae has longer duration, higher duty cycle and lower dominant frequency than Hipposideridae. All the echolocation signals of Vespertilionidae are short FM with 2-6 harmonics and wide FM bandwidth. Vespertilionidae has shorter duration and lower duty cycle than the other two families. There are obvious differences in dominant frequency between different species in this family.

菊头蝠科和蹄蝠科回声定位信号均为长CF-FM型，一般具有1个谐波，调频带很窄，但菊头蝠科的持续时间和能率环明显高于蹄蝠科，蹄蝠科能量最大处频率高于菊头蝠科；蝙蝠科回声定位信号均为短FM型，具有2～6个谐波，持续时间和能率环比其他两科低，调频带很宽，能量最大处频率在种间变化较大。
