In section one, we introduce some background of the topic, in section two we review some basic and recent results about the structure and hierarchies of the computably enumerable degrees which are closely related to our topic- the algebraic structure of the plus cupping Turing degrees, in section three, we outline the basic principles of the priority tree argument, one of the main frameworks and tools of theorem proving in computability theory, and in section four, we prove a new result concerning the algebraic structure of the plus cupping Turing degrees that there exist two computably enumerable degrees a, b such that a, b ? PC, and the join a V b of a and b is high.

度结合为0′。本篇论文分为4个部分：第一部分介绍了这个领域的一些背景知识；第二部分主要回顾了前人在研究可计算枚举度的结构和层谱时所取得的一些基本和最新结果，这些结果与我们的主题—加杯图灵度的代数结构密切相关；在第三部分中，我们概要的描述了优先树方法的基本原理，此方法是可计算性理论中定理证明的一个重要框架和工具；第四部分证明了一个加杯图灵度代数结构的新结果：存在两个可计算枚举度a，b，满足a，b∈PC，而且a和b的并a∨b是一个高度。

This design wants to design a complete set of three axes five speed gearboxeses , it mainly include three parts : The first part , to make sure the basic parameter of the gearbox assurance ; The second part, The contact strength verify-check and the flection strength verify-check of each wheel gear of the gearbox, mainly verify whether each wheel gear satisfy various strength conditions with according to the giving parameter ; The third part , to progress verify-check intension of the axes Four-part cent, to calculate the life of the bearings.

本次设计是要设计一部较为完整的五档变速器，其中主要包括三部分：第一部分，变速器基本参数的确定；第二部分，变速器的各档齿轮的接触强度校核和弯曲强度校核，主要是根据所给的参数来验证各档齿轮是否满足各项强度条件；第三部分，进行轴的强度校核；第四部分，轴承的寿命计算。

This paper analyzes the suitability of political party in the following five points: it expatiates on the Huntington's suitability and carries a foreshadowing of what is to follow later in the first part. In the second part, through probing into political party, it realized the general deficiency of Thailand political party. In the third part, it aims to the Thailand political ecology to analyze the military power, monarchal power and patron-client relations. It realized that the Thailand political ecology exercises a great influence on the development of political party. In the fourth part, from deducing the relationship between political party and political ecology, it realizes, it's the weak suitability lead to the military coup is inevitable. In the fifth part, it reflects further on how to strengthen the suitability of political party. It thinks that political party should have more effects on promoting the process of democratization.

本文从如下五个方面对政党的适应性进行了分析：第一部分叙述亨廷顿适应性理论的观点，给文章做了理论铺垫和假设；第二部分对政党这个政治主体进行探析，认识到泰国政党普遍存在的缺陷和不足之处；第三部分对泰国的政治生态作了分析，从军队力量、君主力量和庇护制关系等几个方面进行探讨，认为泰国政治生态对政党发展产生了巨大的影响；第四部分对政党与政治生态的关系作出合乎逻辑的推论和衡量，认为适应性不强导致军事政变等政治现象的发生不可避免；第五部分就如何加强政党适应性做出进一步的思考，认为政党在推进民主化进程中应该有更大的作为。

This paper are divided into five chapters, it includes: The first chapter introduces the conception and the characteristic of mineral resources, analyses the existing situation and the problems in the course of exploitation ,and opens out the reasons and the background of taxation and fee reform.The second chapter introduces the summary and the theory of the mineral resources taxation and fee, which contains the type、the trait and the general notion of resource taxation and fee、the value theory and the property right of mineral resources、the western communal article theory、the exterior theory and so on, to help us to understand the system deeply from the root of theory.The third chapter analyzes the differences about the taxation and fee institution between the home and abroad, as well as the inspiration for us.

论文正文共分五大部分，具体情况如下：第一部分研究分析了我国矿产资源现状及其开发利用情况与存在的问题，揭示了矿产资源税费制度改革研究的背景和原因；第二部分介绍了矿产资源税费概念和相关的理论基础，包括矿产资源价值理论、矿产资源财产权理论、西方的公共物品理论、"库兹涅茨"曲线理论等，从理论根源来深层次理解矿产资源税费制度的建立；第三部分进行了中外矿产资源税费制度的比较分析，包括中外矿产资源税费制度的具体介绍，分析了它们的不同及给我们的启示；第四部分研究分析了我国矿产资源税费制度存在的问题及其原因。

The first part is an introduction. It describes the study significance, the purpose, the method and relative study evolvement from home and abroad and so on. The second part is a study basis. It illustrates study theory of financing storehouse and third-party logistics in details, which is a supply chain model theory resulting from logistics theory and financing storehouse theory and the third-party enterprise. 第一部分是绪论，阐明了本文的研究意义、目的、方法以及国内外的相关研究进展情况等；第二部分是研究基础，详细阐述了研究融通仓和第三方物流的相关理论，分别是物流理论、融通仓理论和第三方物流公司主导的供应链模式理论；第三部分介绍了第三方物流服务创新中质押贷款及其瓶颈，以及融通仓业务的运作模式；第四部分，分析了我国中小企业开展融通仓业务的制约因素，并提出了相关建议；第五部分，针对中储股份南京分公司开展质押监管的情况，分析了在第三方物流服务创新中，构建基于融通仓业务的供应链模式的可行性。

This part explains the purpose, significance and methods of the study. In the second section, it confirms the basic conceptions and definers of agricultural tourism and characteristics, and the function of agriculture and tourism is described and its impact on Chinese agricultural economy is analyzed, giving a further understanding of agricultural tourism. In Part III, it presents development, models and research of agricultural tourism in Countries in the world and Taiwan, and form the macro objective analysis the agricultural tourism development gap of China and International. The next three parts summed up the status and the existing problems of tourism tropical agriculture of Hainan, and proposed the development significance of Hainan's tropical agriculture tourism, and marketed analysis from product mix, tourist spending psychological and social development of Hainan's; and draw the advanced experience that the agriculture tour develops at home and abroad, suggest that the Hainan tropics agriculture develops principle; Seventh parts direction and suggestion having suggested that the agriculture tour develops to Hainan tropics on the first seven parts.

第一部分介绍本文研究的意义及方法、途径，第二部分介绍了农业旅游的相关概念、各种定义、内容及特征；并对农业旅游的功能和其对我国农业经济的影响进行剖析，加深对农业旅游的认识；第三部分介绍了世界各国及我国台湾地区一些先进国家的农业旅游发展现状、模式及相关研究，从宏观上客观的分析我国农业旅游发展与国际先进水平之间的差距；第四、五、六部分，总结了海南热带农业旅游的现状及存在的问题，提出对海南发展热带农业旅游的意义，并从产品结构、游客消费心理、社会发展等角度对海南热带农业旅游的市场情况进行分析；借鉴国内外农业旅游发展的先进经验，提出海南热带农业发展原则；第七部分在前几个部分的基础上提出了对海南热带农业旅游发展的方向及建议，建议要充分利用农业科技优势、合理规划热带农业资源、挖掘热带农业文化内涵，加强对海南热带农业资源的保护以及琼台合作，进一步发展海南热带观光农业产业。

Section 1 discusses the advantages of medical film printer and USB, and put forward one elementary design scheme of the system. The principle of laser printer and the holistic design scheme of system are presented detailedly in Section 2, while Section 3 expounds the technology of USB. Section 4 discusses design scheme of transfer system of the laser printer - includes the development of USB device and CPLD. The test of holistic laser printer and effect picture of medical image are presented in Section5. In the end, a review of this system and some bugs are put forwards at present.

本文主要分为六个部分，第一部分讨论了医用胶片打印机和USB总线技术的特点和发展趋势，并提出了系统的初步设计方案和研究意义；第二部分描述了医用激光胶片打印机的背景、工作原理和系统的各个组成部分；第三部分描述了通用串行总线2.0版(USB2.0)的通信原理；第四部分详细介绍了打印机数据传输系统的设计——包括USB设备的开发和CPLD的硬件和软件设计，并对这个传输系统的性能进行了分析；第五部分介绍了整个打印机的测试结果和实际打印医学影像的效果图；最后对本文做出总结并提出了不足之处和参考价值。

Part one explores the status quo of studies on Blog and the authors' thoughts of writing and main contributions. Part two explains the concept of Blog in detail at first, and then reviews the origin and development of Blog, and its advancement in China. On the base of this, part three categorizes Blog in detail. And part four discusses its merchant value. The paper also studies the current profit models of BSP, and forecasts the futures ones. It will show us a simple design of the model. In part five, the author makes a discussion about the influence on medium, information economy and human's knowledge shape that Blog well carry out. Finally, part six gigues a simple analysis about the problems in the development of Blog, and challenges it brings to our society.

第一部分谈了论题的研究现状和笔者的写作思路以及主要贡献；第二部分首先对博客的概念进行较详尽的解释，然后讲述了博客的产生和发展简史以及在中国的发展情况，最后谈了点与博客相关的 Web2.0的情况；第三部分根据博客在中国的发展情况对博客进行了较详细的分类；在第四部分里边，我谈到了博客的商业价值和博客网站的盈利模式以及未来可能出现的盈利模式，并在后面做了一个简单盈利模型设计；第五部分，笔者从博客对传媒业、对知识经济以及对人类知识形态的影响方面对博客发展趋势做了探讨；在本文的最后，即第六部分，简单分析了博客发展中可能遇到的问题以及博客带给社会的挑战。

In this article, the primary discussion on self-admissions connotation and nature is in the first part, the constitution is in the second part and the consequence is in the next part. The fourth part is basic analyses on the condition and circumstances of the self-admission in our country. In the last part, the author gives some concrete ideas to improve this legal system in our country.

本文第一部分主要论及自认的含义及性质，第二部分主要讨论自认的构成要件，第三部分说明的是自认的法律效果及其例外，第四部分分析了自认制度在我国的规则现状及运行环境，最后在第五部分笔者提出了完善我国自认制度的几点具体构想。

A case study is made in the third part and the fourth part, which are the principal parts of the thesis.
