The general introduction part is divided into four sections, in section 1, a survey of culture and geography of LongChuan County, especially the town of LaoLong in souther part, CheTian in center, MaBugang in norther part are introduced. We briefly review the research of time adverbs in morden Chinese and hakka dialect in section 2; In Section 3 we gives a brief introduction of research content and point out the meaning of this paper, the methods are also introduced; In section 4 we introduce the source of materials and special symbols used in this paper.

引言部分分四节，第一节介绍了龙川县人文地理概况，重点介绍了南部老隆镇、中部车田镇、北部麻布岗镇的人文地理概况；第二节简单回顾了现代汉语和客家方言的时间副词研究，说明系统描写分析客家方言时间副词的重要性；第三节介绍了本课题的研究对象，说明了本课题研究的意义和方法；第四节介绍了论文的语料来源及文中将会出现的特殊符号。

There are four chapters in this article. The first chapter introduced the essence of the educational policy and why the educational policy should use educational equity as the kernel value tendency. The second chapter analyzed educational equity in Martin Trows theory about mass higher education and in Coleman and Husen's researches, and then constructed the analytical framework of China's higher educational policies on educational equity. The third chapter analyzed higher education cost-recovery policy and higher education enrollment expansion, reviewed them from equal enrollment opportunity, equal proportion of participating in higher education in every state and equal quality of higher education. The fourth chapter analyzed the factor of influence China's higher education policies realizing educational equity and advanced the suggestions of policies from idea transformation, construction by law, policy improvement.

本文分为四个部分，第一部分主要介绍政策的本质以及教育政策为什么要以教育公平为其核心的价值取向；第二部分主要是理论分析，借鉴马丁·特罗高等教育大众化理论中的教育公平观和科尔曼、胡森等人的教育公平观，构建起我国高等教育政策公平性分析的理论框架；第三部分则是实证分析，主要是对我国的高校收费政策和高校扩招政策进行分析，从入学机会均等、各个阶层参与高等教育的人数比例均等以及人们接受的高等教育均平等三个方面进行考察；第四部分分析影响我国高等教育政策实现公平的内外部因素，并从理念变革、法治建设以及政策改进等方面提出相关的政策建议。

The first part consists of the introduction and basic theories, which remarks correlative literatures and disquisitions and puts forward the transmission mechanism of the stock market. It also analyzes the impacts of the monetary policy for stock market in our country to show the necessity of research on this mechanism. The second part is the microcosmic and macroscopic analysis; it mainly comprises the behaviors of the enterprise, the bank and the inhabitant as well as the stock market, money market and their joint condition. The third part studies the transmitting impacts with demonstration analysis from two aspects, and explains this course using the theories of the first part and the micro-and macro-foundation of the second part. The fourth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations; it includes the factors of effecting the transmission of monetary policy in the stock market, proposes some related suggestions, and points out the research direction in the future.
