本文主要分为四个部分，第一部份为诉讼契约概述，对诉讼契约与契约等概念进行比较和分析，进而界定了诉讼契约的性质，为后来的论述奠定基础；第二部份为诉讼契约存在的理论基础、现实基础及价值分析，论述的着眼点为诉讼契约存在的制度环境和应然性问题和价值功用；第三部份对中外诉讼契约的现状进行了比较并从中有所启示；第四部份是本文的重点，主要讨论的是我国诉讼契约制度的存在的问题，并提若干建构完善措施，如确立诉讼契约理论体系和诉讼原则等，最后，对诉讼契约提出了些许规制措施。

By doing so, it has saved precious cultural heritage for the future generations of Tibetan people.

西藏积极开展藏医药文献典籍抢救、挖掘、整理工作，编著出版了《四部医典大详解》、《四部医典80幅彩色唐卡系列挂图》、《天文历算大全》、《甘露本草明镜》、《中华本草－藏药卷》等具有重大影响的宝贵文献，为藏族子孙后代留下了宝贵的文化财富。
