General symptoms such as purpure in mucous membrance and skin, bleeding of internal organs, decreasing of weight and bad mental state caused by modeling were well improved in four control groups (Chinese traditional medicine group, western medicine group, PG original formula group and PG major formula group), the peripheral PLT was increased, spleen weight and its action of phagocytosis and damage to PLT were both decreased, morrow megakaryocytes differentiation and maturation were improved and hyperplasia descended, which showed significant differences compared with the model group. Differences among the four control groups were not significant. The optimal dose ratio of PG major formula was finded out with homogeneous design software UST3.0 and multiple regression: Astragalus root 48g, Rhubarb 15g, peach kernel 1Og, Agrimony 24g.

结果：模型建立成功；中、西药对照组、紫癜颗粒核心方组与原方组小鼠对于免疫法造模所引起的皮肤粘膜紫癜、内脏出血、体重减轻、精神状态差等一般症状均有较好的改善；小鼠的外周血小板计数得到提高；脾脏均重及对血小板的吞噬破坏降低；骨髓巨核细胞分化成熟程度增高，增生活跃度降低，与模型组相比较，均有显著性差异，四个对照组之间无显著性差异，利用均匀设计UST3.0统计软件分析，进行多元逐步回归处理，筛选出紫癜颗粒核心方的最佳剂量配比为黄芪48g，大黄15g，桃仁10g，仙鹤草24g。

The scores of following dimensions increased obviously in ADHD group; activity level, rhythmicity, adaptability, response strength, frame of mind, endurance, shifting of attention, reaction threshold. 38 ADHD children taking cognitive behavior unified training had decreasing scores in the following four dimensions: activity level, rhythm city, adaptability, endurance. The controller uses the data write buffer to reduce the data access waiting time, and employs the two ways of duo channels instruction pre-fetch buffer to decrease the fetching instruction waiting time and increase the instruction pre-fetch buffer hit rate. Meanwhile, to reduce the waiting time aroused by page miss of SDRAM, a four ways of on chip stack memory is introduced. It can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and secretory while needn t modification.(3) In nude mice, the ectopic osteogenesis of MCCAB was obvious which was better than that of CBC alone and the new bone formation increased in pace with time. In the MCCAB, both intramembranous and cartilaginous osteogeneses were seen but the former dominated.(4) When MCCAB was autotransplanted intramuscularly, the osteogenesis was much better than that of negative control groups.(5) The MCCAB can repair autogenous calvaria defects effectively and the effect was much better than that of CBM alone and blank group. Conclusion:(1) CBC possesses good biocompatibility, osteoconduction and porous structure, can be used as scaffold material for constructing of tissue engineering bone.

结果：(1)CBC具有天然的多孔网状结构，最大程度地保持了骨矿的微结构特征，可以作为骨组织工程的支架材料；(2)CBC细胞亲和性好，不需作修饰即能促进成骨细胞的粘附、增殖和分泌活动；(3)MSO/CBC复合人工骨在裸鼠皮下异位成骨作用明显，兼有膜内成骨和软骨内成骨的特点，成骨效果明显优于单纯CBC植入组；(4)MSO/CBC复合人工骨兔自体肌袋异位成骨作用明显，血管化充分，成骨效果明显优于单纯CBC植入组；(5)MSO/CBC复合人工骨修复兔颅骨临界性缺损效果好，明显优于单纯植入CBC组和空白对第四旱区大学硕士学位论文一照组，可以作为骨移植替代材料用于骨缺损畸形修复。
