The innovation of this paper lay in introducing the innovation theory to study the exploration for the innovation of architectural design of the Pritzker Architecture Prize winners, summarizing the personality characteristics and the time characteristics of the innovations of their architectural designs, studying the innovations of their design conceptions to establish their theoretical system of the innovation of architectural design from the four aspects of nature, culture, city and art, expatiating on their innovation of architectural form to make the basis for the further research from the three aspects of form, space and detail, studying their innovations of building technology to provide valuable suggestions for architects to make use of more new technologies in their architectural design inventively.

论文的主要创新之处在于引入创新学理论，系统地总结了普利茨凯奖获奖建筑师对建筑设计创新的探索；提出了他们建筑设计创新的个性特征和时代特征；从自然、文化、城市和艺术四个角度研究了他们的设计理念创新，初步构建了他们建筑彩钢活动房设计创新的理论体系；从形体、空间和细部三个角度指出了他们的建筑形态创新，为建筑形态创新的进一步研究做了铺垫；从材料、结彩钢活动房构、生态和计算机技术四个角度论述了他们的建筑技术创新，为更多的新技术在建筑设计中的创新应用提供了有益的借鉴。

Chinese company law could be improved through unification of legal norms, clarification of the meaning of terms, and supplement of correlative regulations; Modeling on German and Japanese law, limited norms should be adopted for the object of right to address inquiries. Chinese company law should re-locate the object of right to address inquiries to matters related to topics of general meeting of shareholders. Objective standard should be adopted. Third, by incorporating elements such as beforehand written inquiry, Chinese company law could be further perfected in the area of time, venue, representation and reproduction of right of access to documents. This is a conclusion based on thorough research and summary of practice of various countries. Fourth, the author pointed out the international trend of relaxation of objective limits and specification of subjective limits, and proposed the standards for limitation and the distribution principle of inversion of burden of proof.

以德国、日本法为例，说明质询权客体原则上采限制规范，建议我国公司法可将质询权客体重新定位为与股东会会议议题有关的事项，且判断的标准采客观标准；第三，通过对各国及各地区立法行使方式的具体规范进行总结，认为我国公司法可从时间、地点、代理、复制等方面对查阅权行使方式进行完善，引入事前书面质询、设立说明义务免除等制度对质询权行使方式进行构建，使具体制度更具可操作性；第四，根据各国及各地区立法客观性条件限制逐渐放宽及主观性条件限制更加具体的趋势，结合我国公司法规定，对客观条件限制进行了探讨和设定，提出主观条件限制概括加列举的立法模式及举证责任倒置的分配原则。

中文摘要：本文利用Taylor展开得到三角形上线性Lagrange插值和三次Lagrange插值的导数余项公式，对这些余项公式进行分析，给出了两类能以四阶精度逼近被插函数在对称点的导数值的格式，一种是在均匀剖分时其分片线性插值的相邻单元的导数值的后处理格式，一种是在六片强正规剖分时的三次插值在对称点上的导数值的后处理格式，使得在已知原函数在各节点的值后，通过一个简单的线性计算就可得到原函数在对称点的导数的一个超逼近值，将以往提出的平均导数的二阶精度提高到四阶。

Chapter one is a general introduction to financial leasing, in which the author discusses the definition, legal nature and features of financial leasing. Moreover, the author defines the nature of "international" in "international financial leasing" as different business sites of both the leasor and leasee in different countries. In Chapter two the author probes into the various manifestations of breaches of contract by both the leasor and the leasee in financial leasing on the basis of a careful analysis of the regulations in both Anglo-American law system and the civil law system, CISG and Unidroit Principles of International Commercial contracts as well as our country"s law. In Chapter three the author studies the respective legal problems concerning bankruptcy of both the leasor and the leasee, including the leaser"s right to take back the leased assets. The last chapter is the conclusion of this dissertation , in which the author , on the basis of the first three chapters, puts forward his suggestions on the perfection of our country"s financial leasing law and thinks that a financial leasing law be passed to regulate both parties" conducts in the transaction and the whole transaction of the leasor should be supervised by a uniform government organism.

第一章为国际融资租赁的概述，对融资租赁的概念、法律性质、特征及其国际性进行了探讨；第二章通过对英美法系和大陆法系国家法律及CISG和国际商事合同通则中关于违约及其救济的分析研究，并结合我国《合同法》的规定，主要探讨了国际融资租赁交易中各方当事人的具体违约形态及其救济措施；第三章探讨了国际融资租赁交易中出租人和承租人破产情形下的相关法律问题，主要分析了破产财产、破产债权及在承租人破产情形下出租人对租赁物的取回权等法律问题；第四章为本文的结论部分，在前三章的基础上，从私法和公法的角度对我国融资租赁法律体系的完善提出了建议，认为我国应制定专门的融资租赁法来规范该交易中可能出现的各种法律问题，并应统一对融资租赁业加以监管。

The load carrying capacity and antiwear property of S,P containing benzotriazole derivative (BM 3) were evaluated using a four ball test machine,and compared with those of zinc salt di(T 202 ) and amine salt of complex ester thiophosphate (T 307 ). The antiwear mechanism of BM 3 were studied by investigating the chemical states and the mass fraction of elements on the rubbed surfaces using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron probe microanalysis and the thermal decomposition products using gas chromatography mass spectrograph.
