The cox1nad4 sequences of eight cestodes samples(TPW2XX,DM4XX,TH5XX,DM6YY, MM11JT,DM15ZJ,TH28XX,DM31CZ) were obtained and their sequence length was 341bp.The eight cox1 sequences comparison revealed that they separated into four population.The difference among four population were bigger,12.9%～30.3%, 7～85bp.

Two kinds of slip energy recovery induction motor driving systems with high factors are discussed, and the performance analysis of these methods is compared. 第三部分即是论文的第三、四章，这也是本研究的主体部分，第三章是对研究对象的DEA效率分析，首先对模型和指标的选择做出了详细的解释，并通过D卧模型实证分析了2000-2005年研究对象的效率及变化情况，结果显示苏北地区的农村信用社效率水平相当，部分县区的农信社效率在几年中一直低下，并且规模无效是导致农信社综合技术无效的主要原因；第四章主要用了经济计量学方法分析了影响农信社效率的主要因素与农信社效率的关系，得出资产规模、经营管理费用的增加会导致农信社效率的降低，而资源配置能力、多元化经营的水平、资产质量、资本充足率以及盈利能力与农信社效率呈正相关的关系。

Compared the samples with the standard samples,the result showed that the main fragment chromatogram were similar.The four nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis .and its counterfeits and adulterations were identified by MS/ MS.The totle content of uridine、hypoxanthosine、guanosine、adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis .was from 2.473 mg/g to2.830 mg/g ,the content of adenosine was from 0.850 mg/g to1.009 mg/g .

Experimental Center of National Level One, Hubei Traditional Chinese Medica l College, Wuhan 430061）Abstract To investigate the protective effects of Jiaweisinisa n on acute liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-ga lac-tosamise, serum superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde , glutathioe contents were measured. The pathological changes of liver wer e observed simultaneously. The results showed that JWSNS could decrease serum MD A content, but increase serum SOD and GSH activities in acute liver injury induc ed by D-GalN. It was also found that JWSNS could alleviate the degeneration and necrosis of the hypatocytes.

为研讨加味四逆散防治肝损伤的作用机理，通过动物试验，先用加味四逆散预防给药，再采用D-氨基半乳糖造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型，然后检测大鼠血清超氧化物岐化酶、丙二醛、还原型谷胱甘肽水平，同步观察该方对急性肝损伤大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应及肝脏病理改变的影响，结果表明该方可明显升高大鼠血清SOD、GSH水平，降低MDA水平，肝脏病理学检查亦表明该方使肝细胞变性坏死程度减轻。
