METHODS: The changes of proliferation rate and differentiation in HL-60 cells treated with ICA or TSA were observed by MTT test, surface marker analysis and NBT reduction reaction, and the effects on cell cycle and nm 23 gene expression by flow cytometry and RT-PCR. RESULTS: After exposing to ICA or TSA, the proliferation was inhibited and the cells were induced to differentiation towards more mature monocytes.

通过MTT试验检测HL-60增殖分化变化，观察细胞形态，分析表面标志和硝基四氮唑蓝还原反应，观察HL-60细胞分化水平变化情况；通过流式细胞仪检测细胞周期的改变，RT-PCR检测nm23-H1、nm23-H2、G-CSF、c-myc基因表达的变化。
