四唑

A novel synthetic approach of 3,3'-azobis(6-amino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine) was firstly devised. Taking 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine as a primary material, DAAT was synthesized by high pressure ammonolysis and potassium permanganate oxidation. Compared with the four-step reaction in the literature, this new approach was reduced to two steps with a yield of 58.1%. The intermediate and DAAT were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectra.

自行设计了3，3'-偶氮双(6-氨基-1，2，4，5-四嗪)新合成路线、采用3，5-双(3，5-二甲基吡唑-1-基)-1，2，4，5-四嗪为原料，由文献报道的4步反应缩减为2步，经高压氨解、高锰酸钾氧化合成了DAAT，总收率大幅提高，达到58.1%，并采用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱等进行了结构表征。

In the chapter four,the main study was focused on [60,70]fullerene reaction with 4,4,5,5-tetramethylidazoline- 2- thione and DL- valine and other α-aminoacids. The results ofcharacterization showed that it was a carbene reaction. The possible mechanism wasput forward based on the results of characterization.

第四章，主要研究了[60，70]富勒烯，4，4，5，5-四甲基咪唑啉-2-硫酮与DL-缬氨酸和其它氨基酸的反应，通过对反应产物的详细的表征，发现该类反应是一个产生卡宾的新反应。

Diazido-1,2,4,5-tetrazine has been synthesized from 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine by hydrazinolysis and diazotization.

以3，6-双（3，5-二甲基吡唑基）－1，2，4，5-四嗪为原料，经过肼解反应和重氮化反应，制得了3，6-二迭氮基－1，2，4，5-四嗪。

3,6-Diazido-1,2,4,5-tetrazine has been synthesized from 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-l- yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine by hydrazinolysis and diazotization.

Fourthly, The preparation of 1 -triazolyl-2-isoxazolinyl substituted-ethenes was developed through an one-pot 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of NaN_3 and RI,α-alkylation reaction of substituted allyl bromides and 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxidesbased on polystyrene-supported propargyl selenide.

四、从聚苯乙烯负载的炔丙基硒醚出发，通过与叠氮化钠和碘化物的一锅法1，3-偶极环加成反应、取代烯丙基溴的α-烷基化反应和腈氧化物的1，3-偶极环加成反应固相合成了1—三唑—2—异噁唑啉取代的-乙烯。

On the basis of these principles and requirements,in this paper,a new modifier has been synthesized from pyromellitic dianhydride and thiosemicarbazide by the nucleophilic addition of anhydride,the cyclization of acyl thiosemicarbazide in alkaline solution,and the N-hydroxymethylation of the triazole-thione.

Methods 4-Hydroxy- benzonitrile was treated with sodium hydrogen sulfide and anhydrous magnesium chloride in dimethyl formamide to give thioamide, which was then directly cyclized with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate without separation to give ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(2) in one-pot; then 2 was formylated with Duff reaction adopting hexamethylenetetramine in trifluoroacetic acid to give ethyl 2-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(3); finally, the target compound was obtained by the treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in formic acid.

采用&一勺烩&方法，以4-羟基苯甲腈为起始原料，首先与硫氢化钠和无水氯化镁在N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中反应，所得中间体不经分离，直接加入2-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯进行环合反应，得到2-(4-羟基)苯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑甲酸乙酯（2）；然后通过六亚甲基四胺/三氟乙酸进行Duff反应，得到2-(3-甲酰基-4-羟基)苯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑甲酸乙酯（3）；再经盐酸羟胺/甲酸/甲酸钠体系脱水得到目标化合物。
