The dissertation is focused on the research of organic supramolecular self-assembly and molecule folding. It consists of four parts. In the first part, three new model molecules for investigating intramolecular coaggregation behavior have been designed and synthesized. Fluorescence studies reveal that intramolecular coaggregation of these molecules take place with the increase of the solvent polarity because of hydrophobic-lipophilic interaction .

本文共分四章：第一章淀粉废水生物处理技术及填料的研究进展总结淀粉废水处理技术的基础上，重点综述了高浓度淀粉废水生物处理技术及填料在生物法处理废水中的应用进展。

There were 15 pediatric ALL patients, which had received 50 times of chemotherapy with HD-MTX. The records about blood concentration of MTX and clinical conditions for 50 times chemotherapy were divided into two groups. Group I: contained 25 records of stand-risk patients, administering MTX 3.0g/m2; Group II: contained 25 records of mid and high-risk patients, administering 5.0g/m2. Continuous intravenous dripped MTX for 24th in both two groups, while implemented hydrating and alkalizing for 4 days. All patients were rescued 6 times through leucovorin, 15mg/m~2, since 12th after the end of MTX dripping. Then examined the blood concentration of MTX by fluorescence polarization immunoassay approach at 24h, 44h, 68h, at the same time inspected liver function, blood routine examination, the occurrence time and degree of toxicological reactions.

观察15例ALL住院患儿，接受大剂量MTX共50例次，按ALL危险度分2组，低危治疗组接受MTX剂量为3.0g/m2为I组；中高危治疗组接受MTX剂量为5.0g/m2为II组，连续静脉点滴MTX共24小时，同时给予水化碱化治疗，共4天，全部病例均在MTX滴注结束后12小时开始静脉推注四氢叶酸钙(leucovorin，LV)解救，15mg/m2/次，共6次，采用免疫偏振荧光法检测药物滴注24、44、68小时MTX血药浓度，同时检测两组病例的肝功、血常规，观察临床出现MTX毒副反应的时间及程度，观察每个病例毒副反应出现程度与MTX血药浓度关系，两组毒副反应程度比较，进行统计学分析。

FT-IR、SEM、TEM、DLS techniques were applied to analyze and study the reaction mechanism and watch the surface and section of the PU-TiO2 membrane. According to above, it was inferred that PU-TiO2 membrane (containing K600) was better composite.

本文采用原位合成法制备了聚氨酯-二氧化钛水分散复合体，并着重对影响制备稳定透明的复合体的因素（包括加水量、醇的加入量、pH值、聚氨酯/钛酸四丁酯投入量、醇种类）进行讨论，利用红外光谱技术分析聚氨酯-二氧化钛分散复合体的结构，动态光散射技术与扫描电镜分别表征复合分散体的粒径大小与分布及复合膜的表面形态，结果显示含K600的聚氨酯-二氧化钛体系复合情况良好。

在研究方法上，本文以意象分析法为贯穿全文的主要方法，通过对意象的具体分析来****凉山诗群的诗歌世界；在诗人的选择上以其作品的影响力及意义为标准，选择了这一诗群的七位诗人展开论述，他们分别是吉狄马加、吉木狼格、倮伍拉且、马德清、阿库乌雾、阿苏越尔、俄尼·牧莎斯加；在论述过程上，笔者以诗歌的民族性和诗性作为前后贯穿的潜在线索，着重探讨了这一诗群创作的三个主要倾向和三个主要领域，前者详论，后者略述，具体表现在对前三位诗人的论述以诗人论的形式详细展开，探讨他们所代表的凉山诗群发展过程中的三个主要创作倾向，即民族文化的深层开掘、诗艺的实验性探索和艺术哲学的尝试性建构，对后四位诗人的论述则以主题的方式展开，探讨他们所代表的凉山诗群在爱情诗、乡土诗和文化诗三个领域的探索；在文章结构上，全文主要分为两大板块，一是对各位诗人创作的具体意象分析，二是在前文分析的基础上进行理论的整合，以此将前面散珠似的论述贯穿成一个有机整体；在结论上，我们通过整合得出：1、凉山诗人群新时期以来诗歌创作的大致发展脉络：在母族文化的基质之上的多元诗艺探索，其民族文化价值取向呈现为回归—离去—再回归的螺旋式上升形态；2、新时期彝族凉山诗人群汉语诗歌创作的特点，即民族文化意识的深层自觉，对诗性的关注和探索；3、新时期彝族凉山诗人群汉语诗歌创作的缺陷，即情感意蕴的雷同和创作格局的狭小。
