The second chapter describes the formation of the pool of state controlled lands and the establishment of land market. The third chapter analyzes the government policies regarding land sale from the Independence to 1850s and the federal government"s diversified land distribution polices in the latter half of the 19th century. In the Forth chapter, the author assesses how American government" s land policies assisted the development of agriculture, communications and transportation, western urbanization and the formation of a national market. Chapter Fivediscusses the controversial issues of the land speculation and The Homestead Law, which affected the governments land policies.

全文分五章：第一章简要介绍美国土地问题的研究概况；第二章描述了美国建国以后国有土地的形成和国有土地市场的建立；第三章分析了美国建国后至十九世纪中期联邦政府以销售为主的土地政策，以及十九世纪后半期联邦政府多元化的土地分配政策；第四章从农业、交通运输业、西部城市化、国内统一市场四个方面入手，分析了土地政策对西部开发的推动作用；第五章对与土地政策密切相关的、学术界争论较大的土地投机问题和《宅地法》进行了简评。

This thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter is preface, the current status of research in the inverse problems for parabolic partial differential equations is reported; the second chapter is "regularization methods for numerical differentiation and their applications ", in this chapter we investigate many regularization methods from a viewpoint of regularization theory and algorithm, some applications in the inverse problems for parabolic partial differential equations are given; the third chapter is "spectral regularization methods". Based on Fourier analysis, within the framework of regularization theory, we apply the spectral methods to some ill-posed problems. Many numerical experiments are done in order to show the validity of the methods; the fourth chapter is devoted to wavelet dual least squares method and a revised wavelet method; in the fifth chapter,we combine finite difference method with method of lines and apply it to the backward heat conduction problem in time; in the sixth chapter "identification problems for unknown source ", the essence and the degree of two problems related to source identification are pointed out, at the same time, some numerical methods are reported.

本文分为六个部分，第一章前言简要分析了国内外抛物型偏微分方程反问题的研究现状；第二章数值微分的正则化及其应用从正则化理论和算法的角度出发，考察了许多正则化方法，还给出了数值微分在抛物型偏微分方程反问题的一些应用；第三章谱正则化方法是在Fourier分析的基础上，在一般正则化理论的框架下，给出了这种方法在各种不适定问题中的应用，数值实验表明谱方法是有效的；第四章研究了小波对偶最小二乘方法和改进的小波方法；第五章主要研究了有限差分方法结合线方法在时间反向热传导问题中的应用；第六章是未知源识别问题，主要指出了两类未知源问题的不适定程度和不适定本质，同时报告了一些数值方法。

本研究以专心注意行为表现、自编注意力测验表现、多向度注意力测验表现及班级教师访谈问卷四项结果作为依据，所得的资料以目视分析法及C统计进行分析，所得研究结果如下：一、三位受试者之C统计值达显著(P1.65)，显示注意力训练对受试者的专心注意行为具有提升与维持效果；二、三位受试者在四项分测验中，有三项测验之C统计值达显著(P1.65)，显示注意力训练对受试者在注意力测验的注意力表现具有提升效果；三、由班级教师访谈问卷分析中得知注意力训练对受试者的自我指导、监控策略与行为具有迁移效果；四、由自编注意力测验结果分析显示，注意力训练对不同性别学生能显现不同的训练效果。

Discussion on membrane formation mechanismBased on the Flory-Huggins theory, Phase equilibrium equations of PVDF/DMAc/water ternary system were wrote out, and the binodal and spinodal lines in the phase diagrams of the system were obtained via numerical calculation. Combined the kinetic description and the thermodynamic phase diagram, membrane formation process were analyzed, which prepared the theoretical foundation for the further membrane formation mechanism research.

论文主要从如下四个方面展开：(1)PVDF疏水膜成膜分相机理探讨基于Flory-Huggins理论推导了三元制膜体系凝胶分相组成的线性表达式，并通过&浊点法&测定了PVDF／N，N-二甲基乙酰胺／水／成膜体系的凝胶边界线组成，通过对实验数据的拟合，得到了简捷直观的线性表达式，ln(φ_1)/(φ_3)=bln(φ_2)/(φ_3)+a，误差小于3％。

The above-mentioned methods applied to construct the mineral deposits solid models of four mine areas in Jinchuan; 3.lt studies and presents the detailed flow chart of constructing block and grade model, analyses the workable scheme in setting up the block and grade model of main ore body for Jinchuan mineral deposits and also sets it up.

接着，按建模流程并结合公司矿山实情，详细研究、分析了Surpac构造矿床模型和采矿工程系统模型的机理、有关概念，在此基础上：(1)指出了西方国家与我国在地质数据记录习惯方面存在的一些差异，探索出多人多机同时录入、提高建库效率的方法，建立了金川矿床地质数据库；(2)研究并提出了构造实体模型的步骤和流程图及&先分后整&建立金川矿床地质体实体模型方案，总结出建立高精度复杂地质体模型几点经验：添加控制线法、添加辅助分界线+控制线法、实体间的交、叉、并运算法及平剖面图联合法，建立了金川矿床四个矿区主矿体的实体模型；(3)研究并提出了建立块模型、品位模型详细流程图，分析了建立金川矿床主矿体块模型和品位模型的可行方案，建立了金川矿床主矿体的块模型和品位模型。
