This result showed that the holoenzyme was a tetramer, and no change occurred in molecular weight of the enzyme during the s〓orage. The active form of GO from brassica leaves showed a constant molecular weight during purification, so did that from O. sativa leaves during greening of etiolated seedlings, maybe acting as a stable tetramer.
