Methods: Adopting pig bile culture medium, the inhibiting or killing effects on pig bladder worm in vitro were observed;by using the methods of xylene-induced ear inflammation in mice and granuloma swelling induced by cotton ball in rats, the effects of anti-inflammation were observed;by using the methods of body twisting and hot-plate in mice, the effects of analgesia were observed. Through the mice auricle microcycle, the rats thrombus law in vitro and bleeding time, clotting time determination to the mice, the function of invigorating the blood were observed;adopting the penicillin abdominal cavity injection method, the mice epilepsy model were prepared, and epilepsy mice brain organization MDA content and SOD, ATPase vigor be measured by using chemical colorimetry.

利用猪胆汁培养基观察该方在体外对猪囊尾蚴的抑制或杀灭作用；采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法以观察该方的抗炎作用；采用热板法和化学刺激扭体法观察该方的镇痛效果；通过小鼠耳廓微循环法、大鼠体外血栓法和对小鼠出、凝血时的测定观察该方的活血作用；采用青霉素腹腔注射法制备小鼠癫痫模型，并利用化学比色法检测癫痫小鼠脑组织中MDA的含量及SOD、ATPase的活力。

The micro-capsules from APA can decrease the host immune response to the heterogenic BCC grafts.

Whole-cellpatch-clamp technology demonstrated that VDPG (1g/L) had notsignificant effects on the delayed-rectified K~+ current, TTX-sensitive Na~+ current and high-voltage-activated Ca~(2+) current of rat dorsalroot ganglion cells. The fast transiet K~+ current of cottonbollworm dorsal DUM cells, the fast transiet K~+ current, Na~+ current andhigh-voltage-activated Ca~(2+) current of Periplaneta Americana dorsalunpaired median cells were also not significantly affected byVDPG at the same concentration. However, VDPG had significant effecton the fast transiet K~+ current of Pieris rapae. The VES had not significanteffects on the high-voltage-activated and low-voltage-activated Ca~(2+)current of rat DRG cells.

膜片钳电生理实验显示1g／L毒囊粗毒对蜚蠊DUM神经元的快瞬时钾电流、钠电流、高电压激活的钙电流，对棉铃虫快瞬时钾电流和大鼠DRG细胞延迟整流钾电流、TTX-S型钠电流、高电压激活的钙电流均无明显作用，却对菜青虫快瞬时钾电流有明显作用；电刺激粗毒对大鼠DRG细胞低电压和高电压激活的钙通道无明显作用。

①Rat MSC and VSMC were cultured and identified, respectively. MSC were labeled with DAPI firstly, and then co-cultivated with VSMC. The changes of morphology and ultrastructure of co-cultured cells were observed. Immunfluorescence analysis was performed by using monoclonal antibodies against specific antigen.②We established the regulatable system in two steps: a stable MSC line expressing rtTA has been constructed and characterized firstly by transfected with pUHD 17-1hyg and then selected by hygromycin B; in a second step, this line was used for trandfer the AT2R gene to MSC to get the well establishing double stable MSC lines;③The expression of AT2R regulated by doxycycline was evaluated by western blot;④The MSCs were transduced into rat carotid arteries with regulatable AT2R gene after the establishment of rat carotid balloon injury restenosis model. The intimal/medial area ratio were measured by digital analysis system.

研究方法：(1)密度梯度离心法及胶原酶消化法分别培养原代大鼠MSC及VSMC，细胞共培养并行免疫荧光化学染色和透射电镜观察超微结构；(2)组成受Dox调控的哺乳动物表达系统的四种成分的转化、扩增及提纯并酶切鉴定；(3)采用常规分子生物学方法连续两个回合转染体外培养的MSC，并分别采用发光计检测不同细胞克隆萤光素酶活性改变以及RT-PCR方法检测AT2R目的基因mRNA表达情况，根据各个细胞克隆受Dox调控表达的程度，选择低背景、高诱导表达AT2R的细胞系，作为双重稳定MSC细胞系；蛋白免疫印迹法观察该细胞系在Dox调控下AT2R表达的时相性、持续性及在不同浓度Dox调控下的表达情况；(4)建立大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤动物模型，将双重稳定MSC在术中导入血管，分别于14 d、28 d进行病理切片，检测可调控AT2R对新生内膜增生的影响；采用RT-PCR免疫组织化学免疫荧光等技术观察AT2R基因在新生内膜中的表达以及细胞外基质成分表达的改变，TUNEL法检测血管组织中细胞凋亡的变化情况。

Methods utricular sensory epithelia of postnatal day 1 rats were isolated and digested by thermolysin, then were transferred to a solution containing 0.125% trypsin and 0.125% collagenase for 8 min at 37℃ to harvest the pure utricular sensory epithelial cells.

取出生1天（ postnatal day 1， p1 ）大鼠的椭圆囊感觉上皮，嗜热菌蛋白酶消化处理，获得纯椭圆囊感觉上皮，再采用消化法进行原代培养，培养基为dmem。

Methods:All the 40 Winstar rats were divided into four groups:group A:the rats were fed with normal diet,group B:the rats were fed with only high|cholesterol diet(no vitamin D3),group C:the rats were treated with one intramuscularly injection of vitamin D3(300 000 U/kg) and were denudated of endothelium,followed by high|cholesterol diet,group D:the rats were treated with 5% chitosan added into the diet besides treatment as group C.Ninety days later,the formation of atherosclerosis plaques and the activities of nitric oxide synthase in aortas in the four group rats were investigated.

40只Wistar大鼠均分为：A组；B组：饲以高脂饲料（不含维生素D3）；C组：一次性给予大鼠维生素D3（30万U/kg体重）肌肉注射，以球囊损伤主动脉内皮和饲以含维生素D3（1.25×106U/kg）的高脂饲料；D组在C组的基础上饲料中加入5%壳聚糖。90 d后检测主动脉动脉粥样硬化斑块形成及NOS的活性。

In ovariectomy group, ovaries on both sides were extirpated at sterile. In implantation group, the APA-microencapsulated ovarian cells were implanted into abdomen of the ovariectomized rats. In estrogen replacement therapy group, diethylstilbestrol was injected into abdomen of ovariectomized rats (0.2 mg/kg/3 d).
