Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma.

目的探讨少见的肝内胆管囊腺瘤和囊腺癌临床特点与治疗方法。

Results Among42cases of ovary cyst,6cases of follicular cyst,7cases of corpus lutein cyst,12cases of chocolate cyst,2cases of simple cyst,3cases of inflammatory cyst of the ovary,3cases of parovarian cyst,5cases of dermoid cyst,3cases of serous cyst adenoma,1case of mucinous cyst adenoma.

结果42例卵巢囊肿中，滤泡囊肿6例，黄体囊肿7例，巧克力囊肿12例，单纯囊肿2例，炎性囊肿3例，卵巢冠囊肿3例，皮样囊肿5例，浆液性囊腺瘤3例，粘液性囊腺瘤1例。

Results Of the 58 cases, 26 were inflammatory pseudotumors, 8 focal hyperplastic lesions, 7 hepatocellular adenomas, 7 lipomatous tumors, 5 cystadenomas, 3 tuberculosis, 1 harmatoma and 1 neurofibroma.

结果 58例中炎性假瘤26例，局灶性增生性病变8例，肝细胞腺瘤7例，脂肪类肿瘤7例，囊腺瘤5例，肝结核3例及错构瘤和神经纤维瘤各1例。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of mucinous cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas.

目的探讨胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤和囊腺癌的诊断和治疗。

Methods MRI and pathological findings were retrospectively analyzed in 35 cases of ovarian cystadenoma.

搜集资料完整并经病理证实的卵巢囊腺瘤35例，回顾性分析卵巢囊腺瘤的MRI表现。

Results The DNA was obtained from PPJ through a nasopancreatic tube. Aberrant p16 methylation and K- ras gene mutation were detected in the same samples of PPJ. Sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive values,negative predictive values and accuracy of HE staining for pancreatic cancer were 40%,100%,100%,45.4% and 60.0%,respectively. Of the 20 cases of pancreatic cancer,K- ras gene mutation was detected in 14 (70%) and the p16 gene was shown to be methylated in 7 (35%). Of the 8 cases of chronic pancreatitis,K-ras gene mutation was detected in 2 (25%). Of the 2 cases of mucinous cystoadenoma of pancreas,K-ras gene mutation was detected in 1 (50%). Aberrant methylation of p16 was not detected in pancreatic juice samples from patients with chronic pancreatitis and mucinous cystoadenoma of pancreas.

结果 所有胰液标本均成功抽提出DNA，30例胰腺疾病病人胰液标本同时进行了K-ras基因突变和p16基因启动子区5′CpG岛甲基化检测，其中20例胰腺癌病人胰液中K-ras基因突变率为70%（14/20），p16基因甲基化率为35%（7/20），8例慢性胰腺炎中K-ras基因突变率为25%（2/8），2例胰腺囊腺瘤病人中K-ras基因突变率为50%（1/2），慢性胰腺炎和胰腺囊腺瘤病人胰液中无p16基因甲基化。

Results About 39 cases were diagnosed as benign tumors,majority of which were demoid cysts.The another one case was borderline mucinous cystadenoma.Eight cases were diagnosed by ultrasound examination during the first trimester(53.33 %),4 had complication to do emergency operations,3 were caused by torsion,one by rupure.Serum samples for CA125 estimation were obtained from 3 before operations.AS a result,2 cases were elevated,one of which was borderline mucinoers cystadenoma.38 cases were full-term birth.

结果 妊娠期良性肿瘤39例，占97.5%，以生殖细胞肿瘤多见，黏液性囊腺瘤交界型1例；孕早期超声诊断8例，占孕期发现总例数的53.33%(8/15)；有4例出现并发症并行急诊手术，扭转3例，破裂1例，术前3例行CA125检查，2例升高，其中1例为黏液性囊腺瘤交界型；足月分娩38例，占95.00%。

Results In 316 patients including 97 cases of type Ⅰ(97 cases account for 30.7%) and 71 cases of type Ⅳ(71 cases account for 22.5%) by ultrasound;74 cases of Serous cystadenoma(74 cases account for 23.4%),58 cases of mucinous cystadenoma(58 cases account for 18.4%) and 56 cases of dermoid tumor56 c...

结果本组316例患者中卵巢肿瘤超声分型以Ⅰ型居多(97例，占30.7%)，其次为Ⅳ型(71例，占22.5%)；病理分型以浆液性囊腺瘤居多(74例，占23.4%)，其次为黏液性囊腺瘤(58例，占18.4)和畸胎瘤(56例，占17.7%)。

主要见于卵巢，偶见于甲状腺及胰腺，卵巢囊腺瘤有两种类型：一种是粘液性囊腺瘤，常为多房性，囊壁光滑，少有乳头状增生。

All 31 YSTs (5 pediatric and 26 postpubertal) showed strong positive SALL4 staining in more than 90% tumor cells but had negative OCT4 staining. Both spermatocytic seminomas showed positive SALL4 staining in 80% to 95% tumor cells in all 3 types of tumor cells with weak-to-moderate staining intensity.
