Allantois and surrounding tissues of 8.5 day post coitum embryos, the hindhut and surrounding tissues of 9.5 dpc and 10.5 dpc embryos, the gonadal ridges and surrounding tissues of 11.5 dpc and 12.5 dpc embryos were collected and digested with 0.25%pancreatin-0.02%EDTA, then the cells were cultured in the plastic petridishes which are pretreated with 0.1% gelatine.

实验方法：取胚龄8.5 d胎鼠尾端尿囊及周围组织，取胚龄9.5~10.5 d胎鼠后肠及周围组织，取胚龄11.5 d，12.5 d胎鼠生殖嵴及周围组织，分别经0.25%胰酶-0.02%EDTA消化并接种于0.1%明胶包被的培养皿中。

The results showed:(1) the cellule morphous and the disposition in chick embryo of PGCs were coincident no matter stained by PAS or HE staining, and HE staining could disclose the morphologic characteristics more clearly, exactly and completely;(2) genesis of blood island could be observed at the boundary of light and dark region of the extraembryonic blastoderm at about 26 hours;(3) both the blood vessel endothelium cells and free cells of the blood island were differentiated from PGCs. The generating of genuine yolk sac was at about 44-48 hours.

结果表明：①用经典的识别原生殖细胞的PAS染色方法与HE染色所观察到的PGC在鸡胚的分布及细胞形态基本一致，而HE染色较PAS法能更有助于清晰、完整、准确地识别PGC的细胞内部结构特征；②在孵化26小时的鸡胚胚外胚盘的明暗交界处可见血岛的发生，血岛发生的时间比真正的卵黄囊产生时间（大约44-48小时）要早很多；③血岛周围的血管内皮细胞与管腔中游离细胞都来自PGC。

There are commonly eight nuclei in the embryo sac: the egg apparatus at the micropylar end, made up of an gee nucleus and two synergid nuclei; three antipodal cells at the oppsite chalazal end that probably aid embryo nourishment; and two polar nuclei in the center that fuse to form the primary endosperm nucleus.

The PGCs of Varicorhinus macrolepis first appeared in the mesoderm of early gustrula and subsequently remained in the hypoblast of the embryonic region during late gustrula and neurula stage. At the stage of muscular effect they were found in the splanchnic mesoderm and the proceeded around the gut to the dorsal mestery during hatching stage.

结果表明：泰山螭霖鱼PGCs最早出现于原肠早期；原肠晚期和神经胚期靠近卵黄囊的内胚层；肌肉效应器迁移到脏壁中胚层的肾原基附近；临出膜期到达体腔壁，随后，沿肠系膜进入两侧的生殖嵴中。

In lungs, AQP1 was abundant in peribronchiolar capillaries, postcapillary venules, bronchiolar basal membrane and alveolar epithelial cells.

结果表明，托吡酯在给药剂量范围内（0.068μg-6.8μg／鸡胚）可抑制鸡胚尿囊膜的血管生成，剂量为0.68μg／鸡胚和6.8μg／鸡胚时抑制效果明显，最高抑制率达33.5％。

Results There were 8 angiomyolipomas, 2 leiomyomas, 2 multilocular cystic nephromas, 1 hemangioma and 1 mesoblastic nephroma. Only multilocular cystic nephroma and leiomyoma have special characteristics that can be determined from RCC.

典型的平滑肌瘤和多囊性肾瘤在CT上有可与肾癌鉴别的特征性表现：平滑肌瘤为规则圆形，边界清楚，密度均匀，CT值略高于肾实质，无钙化，弱强化；多囊性肾瘤为边界清楚的包块，可见边缘锐利含多个分隔的肿块，分隔之间为囊腔，囊内容物的CT值与水相似或稍高，而错构瘤、海绵状血管瘤、慢性肾脓肿、中胚层肾瘤在CT上无法与肾癌鉴别。
