METHODS: A computer-based online search of PubMed database was undertaken to identify related articles about the microcapsulated cell or encystation material for treating diabetes mellitus published from 1980 to 2009 by using the key words of "microcapsulation, islet, transplantation" in English. Meanwhile, we search CNKI for relevant articles published between 1999 and 2009 with the same key words in Chinese.

检索PUBMED数据库中1980/2009有关人工细胞微囊技术进展在糖尿病中应用的文献，检索词"microcapsule， islet， transplantation"，并限定文献语言种类为English；同时检索中国期刊全文数据库1999/2009有关人工细胞微囊技术进展在糖尿病中应用的文献，检索词为"微囊，胰岛，移植"。

Results MRI findings of central neurocytoma are specific in 5 cases. The ganglioglioma was found in the tempora and occipital lobe in 7 cases,in the brainstem in 1 case, cystic-solid tumor was observed in 5 cases with extramural nodule in 3 cases, obviously thickened gyri were revealed in 1 cases and central necrosis in 2 cases.The 3 cases of Lhermitte-Duclos disease include the specific molecular layer imaging features.

结果 5例中枢神经细胞瘤有一定的MRI特征，3例诊断正确。8例神经节细胞胶质瘤中，7例位于或主要位于颞、枕叶，1例位于桥脑和延髓，表现为囊实性者5例，实性部分位于囊外的有3例，呈实性表现为局部脑回增厚者1例，囊变坏死明显者2例。3例小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤有特征性的条纹状或分层状表现。

Different strains have different reaction to the delay of oviducts in body after animal death. After 10min delay C57BL/6 mouse oocytes have death rate of 56.5%,significantely higher than Kunming mouse (47.6%);Spontaneous activation rates were respectively 13.3% and 46.0%, C57BL/6 were obviously lower than Kunming mouse.4. The oviducts were obtained after being delayed 5min 24h after the mice were injected with hCG. The oocytes were cultured in CZB. About 81.1% occurred spontaneous activation, evidently lower than parthenogenetic rate (96.4%) with SrCl_2. Spontaneous activable oocytes had high cleavage rate(93.2%) and 4-cell rate(87.3%). However, spontaneous activable oocytes had blastula development rate(18.7%) as low as parthenogenetic oocytes by SrCl_2(22.9%).

不同品系小鼠卵母细胞对输卵管在体内滞留产生的反应不同，滞留10min C57BL/6系小鼠卵母细胞死亡率为56.5%，显著高于昆明鼠(47.6%)；自发激活率分别为13.3%和46.0%，C57BL/6系小鼠显著低于昆明鼠。4.hCG后24h体内滞留5min卵母细胞在CZB中培养自发激活率为81.1%，显著低于SrCl_2孤雌激活率(96.4%)；自发激活的卵母细胞有较高的卵裂率(93.2%)和4-cell比率(87.3%)，但囊胚率(18.7%)较低，同卵龄的卵母细胞经SrCl_2孤雌激活囊胚发育率为22.9%，差异不显著。

After selective extraction, the cyst wall of two kind of resting cysts displayed a filament network. In the resting cysts of Tachysoma pellionella and Euplotes encysticus, the filament was located in mesocyst and endocyst respectively. On the other hand, a special filament scaffold region was observed below the cyst wall in two kind of cysts. Compared with the true IF which was located in central part of cyst, the filament of this region was net as well as uniform, and no any cytoplasm residue can be seen in this region. In the resting cyst of Euplotes encysticus, a filamental boundry which partitioned the special filament scaffold region and the true IF region was observed.

两类休眠包囊的包囊壁经生化分级抽提后均显示纤维结构，急纤虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于中间层，包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于内层壁；其次，在两类休眠包囊的包囊壁下，相当于细胞质表质层的位置，均有一个特殊的纤维网络区，与细胞质深层的网络区相比，此部分的纤维纯净、均匀，未见附着细胞器及细胞质残留物，在包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中此纤维网络区与真正的细胞质纤维网络之间由纤维构成的界膜隔开。

4Histological examination of the capsular bags: It could be seen in group 4 that a small amount of LECs at the capsular equator proliferated and migrated to the posterior capsule, forming a thin soemmering ring in the periphery of the capsular bags, forming thin fibromembrane which embodied monolay metaplastic fibroblast-like cells in the center of the capsular bags, or with no cells or cortical material in the center of the capsular bags.

囊袋组织学检查：HSV-TK+GCV组可见少量赤道部晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells， LECs)增殖并向后囊膜迁移，在囊袋外周部形成稀薄的soemmering环，在中央部无细胞和皮质，或仅形成单细胞层纤维膜。

MATERIALS AND METHODS: Arg to Ser mutation was introduced into the 249 position of the p53 gene by knock-in method. These ES cells with this mutation were selected according to the homologues-recombination with PCR and Southern blot. The positive ES cells without a selection marker were injected into blastocysts recovered from Hprt(superscript -/-) mice, which were derived from Hprt-deficient ES cells. The injected blastocysts then were implanted into pseudopregnant females.

材料与方法：利用基因打靶技术在小鼠胚胎干细胞p53基因249编码子中引入点突变，使编码子249由精氨酸变成丝氨酸，然后将含突变的ES细胞显微注射到Hprt小鼠囊胚中，将注射过的囊胚植入假孕的雌性小鼠子宫，到第14d取小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞，用含HAT的培养液筛选出从ES细胞分化而成的鼠EF细胞，经测序证实细胞含有由249Arg到Ser的突变。

RESULTS: In the verapamil group, the fibroblast were round or oval, and there were tiny cell process, less alpha substance, atrophic and decreased rough endoplasmic reticulum in kytoplasm and abundant vesica. In control group, there were fusiform or polygon fibroblast, and much matrix among cells, abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome in cytoplasm and less vesica were found.

结果：维拉帕米组神经瘢痕成纤维细胞呈球形或椭圆形，细胞突起细小，胞间网状物质少，胞浆中粗面内质网萎缩且数量减少，囊泡丰富；对照组成纤维细胞呈梭形或多角形，细胞间基质较多，细胞浆内粗面内质网及核糖体丰富，囊泡少见。
