Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma.

Current application for hip arthroscopy include management of labral tears, osteoplasty for femoroacetabular impingement, thermal capsulorrhaphy and capsular plication for subtle rotational instability and capsular laxity, lateral impact injury and chondral lesions, osteochondritis dissecans, ligamentum teres injuries, internal and external snapping hip, removal of loose bodies, synovial biopsy, subtotal synovectomy, synovial chondromatosis, infection, and certain cases of mild to moderate osteoarthritis with associated mechanical symptoms.

目前髋关节镜主要应用于盂唇撕裂的处理、股骨髋臼的撞击症的骨成形、隐匿性髋关节旋转不稳的热关节囊紧缩或关节囊皱折术，治疗软骨损伤、剥脱性骨软骨炎、圆韧带损伤、内源性或外源性弹响髋，清除游离体、滑膜活检、滑膜次全切、滑膜软骨瘤病、感染和某些伴有机械症状的轻度至中度骨性关节炎。

Results 2 cases of unilocular cyst, 4 cases of plurilocular cyst, cystic walls were thin and smooth, 4 cases have divisions, and 5 cases have steady density. 1 case of colonic submucous lymphangioma of mesentery complicated with intussusception presented typical plurilocular cyst and appeared mesenteric vascular entrance sign.

结果 单房囊肿2例，多房囊肿4例，囊壁菲薄、光滑，有分隔4例，密度均匀5例，其中1例结肠粘膜下囊性淋巴管瘤并肠套叠，呈典型多房性囊肿，并见同心圆徵及肠系膜血管进入徵。

Results Of the 11 cases, radical nephrectomy was done in eight, and partial in three; multilocular cystic RCC was confirmed in eight cases, unilocular cystic RCC in three. Histologically, clear cell carcinoma in nine cases, and Chromophobe carcinoma in two. All were followed for 3-61 months (27.9). Ten patients survived with tumorfree.

结果 11例病人中8例行肾癌根治术，3例行肾部分切除术；多房囊性肾癌8例，单房囊性肾癌3例；透明细胞癌9例，嫌色细胞癌2例。11例均获随访，随访时间3～61个月，平均27.9个月，无瘤存活10例。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of mucinous cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas.

目的探讨胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤和囊腺癌的诊断和治疗。

Here we report a 70-year-old woman with multiple, simple hepatic cysts, one of which was biliary cystadenoma.

在此我们报导一位有多发性单纯肝囊泡的七十岁女性，其中的一颗最后诊断为肝内胆管囊腺瘤。

Results 7of22cases were angiomyolipoma,6were xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis,4were multilocular cystic nephroˉma,2were leiomyoma of kidney,2were renal abscess,one case were renal fibrolipoma.

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

Results The supratentorial lesions involved the occipital lobe in 4, frontal lobe in 3, fronto-occipital lobe in 2, temporo-occipital lobe in 3, lateral ventricle in 1 case and the saddle region in 1. All the lesions were large in volume and most of them presented heterogeneous signals in MRI. Of the 14 cases, 12 showed cystic degeneration and necrosis, 2 had hemorrhage and 6 showed signs of emptied small blood vessels. Twelve cases had heterogeneous enhancement and 2 had moderate enhancement. Pathologically, 10 cases of neuroblastomas were identified, along with 3 ganglioneuroblastomas and 1 atypical rhabdoid tumor.

结果 病灶位于顶叶4例，额叶3例，枕顶叶2例，颞枕叶3例，侧脑室1例，鞍区1例，病灶普遍较大，病灶绝大多数信号不均匀，病灶内可见囊变／坏死（12例）、出血（2例）、流空小血管影（6例），增强后病灶呈明显不均匀强化（12例），中等强化2例；神经母细胞瘤10例，节细胞神经母细胞瘤3例，非典型横纹肌样瘤1例。

The imaging characteristic of each type were also analyzed.

结果：14例中不含脂肪的错构瘤8例、平滑肌瘤2例、多囊性肾瘤2例、海绵状血管瘤1例、中胚层肾瘤1例。
