Methods Thirty-six cases with thirty-nine ovarian cystadenoma proved by surgery and pathology were studied respectively with CT.

方法搜集2006年至2007我院经手术及病理证实的36例共39个卵巢囊腺瘤，对其CT表现作回顾性分析，讨论其CT表现特点。

There were five cases of lung tumors with cystadenoma change, two cases of pulmonary sequestration, and two cases with lung tumor diminution.

结果 脾梗塞呈三角形或不规则形低密度区，病变无强化；脾转移瘤为囊状低密度肿块，单发或多发，病灶呈小结节状或环形强化；脾原发恶性淋巴瘤，呈局灶性低密度区和不均匀强化。

The result showed that:CSCCa in 18 cases were classfied into four types: Infit rative type; Cystis type ; Aarefying type ; Spread hollow .The study proposed the differential diagnosis in CSCCa with metastic tumor,intrabong cyst and rarefying osteomyelitis.

结果显示 18例CSCCaX线分四型：即①浸润型；②囊腔型；③疏松型；④凿孔型，并提出了CSCCa与颌骨囊肿、癌瘤、疏松型骨髓炎的鉴别诊断。

Results Among the 12 cases cystosarcoma phyllodesand, 5 cases underwent total mastectomy, 2 cases underwent modified radical masteetomy, 1 case underwent local excision and reserve nipple, and 4 cases underwent lesion removed and reserve nipple or gland.

结果 12例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤中，行单纯乳房切除术5例，改良根治术2例，保留乳头皮下乳房切除术1例，保留乳头和部分压缩腺体加肿块切除术4例；术后随访1～18年，失访1例，2例分别于术后1.5年、2年出现肿块复发，再次手术切除，其余患者无复发或转移，并元瘤生存。

Results:The causes of nipple bloody discharge among 32 cases were intraductal papilloma of breast 13 cases (46.6%),carcinoma of breast 8(25%),duct ectasia 7(21.9%) and cystic hyperplasia of breast 4(12.5%).

结果 32例患者的病因均为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤(46.6%)、乳腺癌(25%)、导管扩张症(21.9%)及乳腺纤维囊性增生症(12.5)。8例乳腺癌患者年龄均超过45岁。
