囊瘤

Benign cystic teratomas are well-differentiated tumors composed of a variety of parenchymal cell types representative of more than one germ layer, usually all three. The most common locations are the gonads and sacrococcygeus.

成熟囊状畸胎瘤是一种良性且分化良好的肿瘤，由胚胎原始细胞分化而成，由多於一层胚层之组织而成；好发位置为性腺体、骶骨与尾骨部或纵隔腔，十分罕见於头颈部。

Methods 21 cases of craniopharyngoima in suprasellar region were resected by trans-supraorbital approach, the diameter of tumors varied from 3.0 to 6.5cm; partial cystic tumor in 13 and solid tumor in 8. Skin incision was made in eyebrow, the hemicycle bone flap was approximately 2.5cm×3.0cm, tumor was dissected in I,II,III spaces and trans-endplate.

对21例位于鞍上，肿瘤上下径为3.0～6.5cm的颅咽管瘤患者(部分囊性变者13例，完全实性者8例)，作眉弓内弧形小切口，在眶上铣开一为2.5cm×3cm的半圆形小骨瓣，术中根据肿瘤位置，从I、II、III间隙和终板入路切除肿瘤。

结果 海绵状血管瘤增强扫描呈边缘强化并向中心充填，延期扫描病灶可完全弥合与脾成等密度；脾囊肿呈圆形或椭圆形囊状占位，水样密度，边缘光滑，不强化为其特点；淋巴管瘤的典型表现是多发低密度灶，可有间隔状强化。

Results: The most common CT appearance of lymphangioma in cervix was a smoothly marginate cystic mass, while its wall and septurn could be partially enhance; it growed along loose clearances and pressured around structure.

结果：颈部淋巴管瘤的主要CT表现为边缘光整的囊性肿块，内可有分隔，壁与分隔可强化：沿疏松的间隙生长，对周围结构有压迫。

objective: To explore the CT manifestation of cystic lymphangioma in mesentery.

目的：探讨肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤的CT表现。

Methods: Retrospective study was conducted on the CT date and literature material of 7 cases of cystic lymphangioma mesentery.
