Objective To discuss CT manifestations of cystic meningioma and make a further understanding of the disease.

目的 探讨囊性脑膜瘤的CT表现，提高对其影像学表现认识。

Result There were 1 case with haematoma;25 cases with fiorous tubercle;1 case with cystoid pathological changes ;2 cases with nodulone cheese like neciosis; 1 case with lipoma.

结果 感染2例，脂肪液化5例，血肿1例，纤维结节25例，囊性样变1例，结节状干酪样坏死2例，脂肪瘤1例。

Results Of the 50 cases of jaw bone cystoid disease,there were 6 of jaw bone cyst,15 of radicular cyst,7 of dentigerous teeth cyst,4 of keratocyst,7 of nasopalatine cyst,3 of ball maxillas cyst,5 of ameloblastoma and 3 of craniofacial fibrous dysplasia.

结果 50例颌骨囊性病变中有孤立性颌骨囊肿6例，根端囊肿15例，含牙囊肿7例，角化囊肿4例，鼻腭囊肿7例，球上颌囊肿3例，造釉细胞瘤5例，骨纤维异常增殖症3例。

Among all 9 cases, 8 showed necrosis or cystic changes, none showed hemorrhage and invasion of adjacent bone, but 3 showed adjacent blood vessel encasement and 1 showed tumor thrombosis in the adjacent vein.

全部9例患者的病变中8例可见坏死或囊变，均未见出血以及邻近骨骼破坏，但3例包绕邻近血管，1例形成静脉瘤栓。
