Results showed that β-catenin was positive expression in stellate reticulum,inner dental epithelium,and dental sac at cup stage,in inner dental epithelium,dental papilla cell,and cell nucleus at early bell stage,in cervical loop and cusp cell membrane at late bell stage,and in ameloblast and odontoblast cell at amelogenesis stage.

结果表明，帽状期在星网层、内釉上皮、牙囊均为细胞核阳性表达；钟状早期在内釉上皮、牙乳头细胞核阳性表达；钟状晚期在颈环、牙尖细胞膜阳性表达；成釉期早期在成釉质细胞、成牙本质细胞阳性表达；成釉期晚期均阴性表达。

Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

Results The tissue of 3 cases of ACC in the esophagus was mainly composed of square shape gland epithelial cell and variant myoepithelial cell, mesh shape cavity crack and the tubular, the entity shape arrangement, the cavity crack content basophilia and acidophilia the secretion. There was transmigration of superficial epidermis in 1 case of ACC; All 3 cases were positive of CK, H-CK, P63, S-100 (endochylema /nucleus), EMA, and Bcl-2. Case 3 was positive of CerbB-2 and P53. Case 2 was CD117, AAT, SMA, PAS/AB.

结果 3例食管腺样囊性癌的癌组织主要由立方形腺上皮细胞和变异的肌上皮细胞组成，呈筛孔状腔隙、管状、实体状排列，腔隙内含嗜碱性和嗜伊红分泌物；3例食管腺样囊性癌中例1表面上皮有移行；免疫组化：3例CK、H-CK、P63、S-100、EMA、Bcl-2均，例3 CerBb-2，P53，例2 CD117，AAT、SMA，PAS/AB。

The results by invert embedding TEM showed that higher invasive CCL229cells had vast of ER,which distributed throughout cytosol especially largeamount of vesicle-like and flatten cisternal rER in pseudopodia or cell processesand membranous flow-like structure from perinuclear region to pseudopodia,and less Golgi complex.

倒置包埋法常规透射电镜对人大肠癌细胞的超微结构观察结果显示，高侵袭力的CCL229细胞中内质网数量较多并呈全细胞分布，尤其在细胞伸出的众多伪足中含有丰富的小泡状和扁平囊样粗面ER结构，而且观察到由小泡形成的&膜流样&结构从核周一直深入到伪足中，但细胞中高尔基器少见。

Pathology findings:there were 294 cases of clear renal cell carcinoma (83.76%),including 2 cases of cystis renal cell carcinoma ,27 cases of Grannular renal cell carcinoma ( 7.69 %), 14 cases of papilliform renal cell carcinoma , 6 cases of the mixed type renal cell carcinoma,10 cases of other cell types .

病理结果：透明细胞癌294 例(83.76%，其中囊性肾细胞癌2例)，颗粒细胞癌27 例(7.69%)，乳头状肾细胞癌14例(3.98%)，肾混合细胞癌6例(1.7%)，其它癌10例。

Pathology findings:there were 294 cases of clear renal cell carcinoma (83.76%),including 2 cases of cystis renal cell carcinoma ,27 cases of Grannular renal cell carcinoma ( 7.69 %), 14 cases of papilliform renal cell carcinoma , 6 cases of the mixed type renal cell carcinoma,10 cases of other cell types . Followup was achieved in 263 cases (74.93％),with tie 3、5year and 10 year survival rates being 70.45 %(124/ 176),53.3%(40/75) and 23.8%(5/21) respectively.

病理结果：透明细胞癌294 例(83.76%，其中囊性肾细胞癌2例)，颗粒细胞癌27 例(7.69%)，乳头状肾细胞癌14例(3.98%)，肾混合细胞癌6例(1.7%)，其它癌10例。263 例(74.93 %)获得随访，随访时间6个月～12 年，3 年、5 年和10年生存率分别为70。

Through analyzing the consecutive deconvolved 3-D images of secretory vesicles, we calculated the 3-D diffusion coefficients of vesicles in both resting and stimulated cells, further obtained the relative numbers of released vesicles in readily releasable pool and the rate of recruitment for this pool during certain period after stimulation applied,and analyzed the process of that the filamentous actin regulated the mobility of secretory vesicles.
