After 30 days, the cultures were preserved in darkness, and 4 types of resting cysts were found after another 90 days:(1) spherical to ovoid cysts (25-39 μm long) covered by asparse or numerous calcareous attachments (1-4 μm long) and a calcareous surface;(2) spherical cysts (29-35 μm diameter) with a noncalcareous surface attachment, calcareous surface;(3)spherical to ovoid cysts (29-35 μm long) w ithout any surface attachment and a calcareous surface; and (4) spherical c ysts (24- 35 μm diameter) without any surface attachment and an organic surf ace.

方法］釆用膝前内、前外及骸骨内上、外上4个5~10mm切口，先松解、扩张髌上囊创造出进入关节镜的空间，依照髌上囊→内、外侧沟→髌骨内、外侧支持带→髌股关节→髁间窝→膝关节内侧室→外侧室→股骨与股四头肌之间的粘连顺序进行松解。

4Histological examination of the capsular bags: It could be seen in group 4 that a small amount of LECs at the capsular equator proliferated and migrated to the posterior capsule, forming a thin soemmering ring in the periphery of the capsular bags, forming thin fibromembrane which embodied monolay metaplastic fibroblast-like cells in the center of the capsular bags, or with no cells or cortical material in the center of the capsular bags.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。

One case was the chronic inflammation of the lacrimal sac showing a cystoid lump in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was the chronic inflammation around the lacrimal sac showing a small lump with a low denstiy in its center in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was orbital cellulitis showing the density of the right part in the orbit outside the eyeball becoming higher, and having not a edge.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。
