Material and MethodsRA Rabbit Model group: 15 early RA rabbits of the same weight and variety Control group:10 normal rabbits of the same weight and varietyMethods of making RA rabbit model:elect 15 normal rabbits of the same weight and variety, dissolve Ovalbumin in 0.9% sodium chloride solution, to make the solution of 20mg/ml concengtration, blend the same quantity of complete Freund′s Adjuvant equably ,inject the mixed solution into endermic tissue of the rabbit′s scapular section, making the rabbits allergic, inject 1 ml of the mixed solution to one rabbit every time, inject 1 ml of the mixed solution in 5 different places of the rabbit′s scapular section, inject the rabbit one time every week,inject 3 weeks continuously,it turned out to be that the rabbits will be allergic, inject Ovalbumin blent with the 0.9% sodium chloride solution into the knee joint cavity of the rabbits in the fourth week, 5 mg Ovalbumin every knee joint cavity,two knees of every rabbit of the 15 rabbits are both injected,the arthrosis diameter and the exterior temperature of the knees will be added obviously in 24 hours,and they will drop gradually,at the time of the 14th or 21th day, the arthrosis diameter and the exterior temperature of the knees will get to the balance time,the incidence rate of RA is 100%.after the RA model succeeds,it is the early time of RA from the first week to the fourth week,after the fourth week,it is the late time of RA, the cartilage of the femoral condyle and the subchondral bone cortices will be changed unrecoverily.

资料与方法RA模型组：早期RA家兔模型15只，品种及体重接近。对照组：正常家兔10只，品种及体重接近。RA家兔模型制作方法：选取15只成年家兔，体重、品种接近，将卵蛋白溶解于生理盐水，配成浓度为20mg/ml的溶液，与等量完全弗氏佐剂混匀，注入家兔肩胛区皮下致敏，每只家兔每次注射1ml，于肩胛区5个不同区域注射，每周一次，连续注射3周而致敏，第4周向膝关节腔注射卵蛋白生理盐水溶液，每只关节腔注射5mg卵蛋白，15只家兔膝关节全部注射，24h内此关节直径和表面温度大幅度上升，以后缓慢下降，至14～21d达到平台期，发病率达100%。造模成功后第1～4周为早期改变，第4周以后出现不可逆的关节软骨及骨破坏。采用高频超声对RA模型组与对照组的膝关节髌上囊液体厚度、滑膜及股骨髁软骨厚度及软骨下骨皮质的回声情况进行对比观察。结果RA组模型组膝关节髌上囊积液及滑膜的厚度明显厚于对照组，其股骨髁软骨的厚度与对照组相比无明显差异，其软骨下骨皮质与对照组相比无明显改变。

The DGCMS plants were complete sterile at the both temperature situations, and there was no pollen sac differentiation and had smaller petals and stamens at the higher temperature situation, but there were 1～4 pollen sacs in each anther and had bigger petals and stamens at the lower temperature situation. The cytological characteristics of the anther development were the same as that of GMS plants in Yi-3AB.

The optimum temperature s and pH were(40℃,2.4)for stomach,(55℃,7.6) for pyloric caeca(45℃,8.0) for gut. The optimum temperature for protease activity was higher than that in the fish body. The highest activity of protease occurred in strong acidic condition in stomach,but in neutral or weak alkaline condition in pyloric caeca and gut.

The results were expressed in mean±1SD. Pearson X~2 test and One-way ANOVA test were used. The data analyzed using the SPSS (version 11.5). Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative value of US for the LPEH model on the children cadaver were 88%, 84%, 79%, 91%, respectively. With regard to the thickness of femora head cartilage, the thickness of the anterior layer or posterior layer, there were no significant differences among three groups. However, the anterior layer was thicker than the posterior layer in three groups. The fluid in hip joint was detected in all of 21 symptomatic hips, which was clear commonly (90%) in early procedure. The amount of fluid in anterior recess showed a positive correlation with age (p .05). No fluid was detected in the asymptomatic and normal hips (2mm). The mean maximum width of inferomedial recess was significantly larger than that of anterior recess (12.50±4.04mm vs.4.35±0.8mm, p 0.05) in the symptomatic hip joints. The echogenic entrapped labral plicaes were demonstrated in the inferomedial recess in all of 21 children with LPEH, whose length and width ranged from 5.3mm-25.0mm (mean,15.6±5.6mm) and from 4.0mm-17.0mm (mean,8.9±7.8mm).

结果1，尸体LPEH髋关节模型的超声诊断敏感性、特异性分别为88％、84％，阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为79％、91％。2，21例患儿的LPEH患髋(21侧)、健髋(21侧)，以及21例正常儿童健髋(42侧)的超声检查显示：髋关节周围软组织及股骨头无形态结构差别；股骨头软骨厚度无统计学差异(3.5±0.5mm vs.3.6±0.4mm vs.3.6±0.5mm，p＞0.05)；关节囊前层及后层厚度无统计学差异(前层厚度2.79±0.74 mm vs.2.56±0.40mm vs.2.56±0.72mm；后层厚度2.70±0.82mm vs.2.48±0.54mm vs.2.44±0.58mm，p＞0.05)，但LPEH患髋关节囊前、后层均较后二组有增厚趋势。3，LPEH患髋均存在关节腔内积液，且早期较为清晰；积液以髋关节内下间隙明显，内下间隙较前间隙明显增宽(12.50±4.04mm vs.4.35±0.8mm，p＜0.05)，其内见嵌顿滑膜唇皱襞呈稍强回声的占位性团块，长约15.6±5.6mm，宽约8.9±7.8mm，90.5％(19／21)嵌顿皱襞内未见血流信号。4，所有LPEH患髋治疗后超声复诊均显示正常。

Western blot analysis with the antiserum ATP95 revealed a significant increase of protein amounts of the V-H〓-ATPase subunits B and c of S. slasa under 100 and 400 mmol/L NaCl treatment, which gave another evidence for a salt-induced coordinate up-regulation of V-H〓-ATPase subunits at transcription and translation levels. The coordinated salt-induced increase of subunit B, H and c of V-H〓-ATPase from S. salsa at transcription and translation levels indicated an increase of V-H〓-ATPase holoenzyme amounts, which might be the reason for the increase of V-H〓-ATPase activity of S. salsa under salt stress.
