A virus strain was isolated from the arthrosis of broiler chickens.The virus was shown to have spherical particles with isometric symmetry,no envelope,double deck capsids,with outer capsid of 75nm,inner one of 50nm in diameter by electron microscopy.The virus was not sensitive to aether,acid and heat.The virus could multiply on the chick embryo fibroblastcell,and could cause syncytial pathologic change with the appearance of cytoplasm inclusion bodies.The challenged chickens of one-day old by nasal,oral,intramuscular and pulvillus injection displayed obvious clinical symptom of severe arthritis and accompanied with pathological changes of malabsorption and necrosis.Meanwhile,four avian reovirus isolates CL,S1133,YH and YB were examined in the cross-neutralization test.

从临床患病鸡关节病料中分离到一株病毒，在电镜下观察到病毒粒子无囊膜，有双层衣壳，外衣壳直径约75nm，内核约50nm；分离病毒株对酸、热有较强的抵抗力，对乙醚不敏感；病毒感染鸡胚成纤维细胞上能产生以融合细胞为特征的CPE；爪垫接种1日龄雏鸡表现出明显的病毒性关节炎临床症状，并伴有吸收障碍型和坏死型的病理变化；血清中和交叉试验表明，该病毒分离株与国内的2株番鸭源呼肠孤病毒分离株和国外S1133呈不同程度的交叉反应。

objective:to explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.methods:the clinical data of 139 cases of female patients with infertility were analyzed retrospectively.results:among 139 cases,55 cases with pelvic adhesion,34 cases with salpingitis,20 cases with endometriosis,and 14 cases with polycystic ovary.the pregnancy rates were 47.27%,41.18%,55.56% and 46.15% respectively after laparoscopic surgery.pelvic adhesion salpingitis and endometriosis were the major cause of female infertility.conclusions:laparoscopic technique can find out the reason of infertility more earlier and more directly and provide timely therapy.so it has excellent clinical effect.

目的：探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院2004年12月至2007年12月应用腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症139例患者的临床资料。结果：139例中盆腔粘连55例，输卵管炎34例，子宫内膜异位症20例，多囊卵巢综合征14例，术后妊娠率分别为47.27%，41.18%，55.56%，46.15%。盆腔粘连、输卵管炎、子宫内膜异位症是引起女性不孕的主要盆腔病因。结论：应用腹腔镜技术能早期、直观、准确的明确不孕症输卵管及盆、腹腔病因并可同时予以针对性治疗，在直视下通液，动态观察输卵管通畅度和形态，大大降低了常规通液术的假阳性、假阴性率。

The available operation range in clivus and anterior cranial base by transsphenoidal opproach was also observed during the operation under the help of neuronavigational pointer. Forty-one patients underwent sublabial, transseptal, transsphenoidal approach to the pituitary region guided by Surgical Microscope Navigation was studied. The piriform aperture was 27. 2mm±3. 1 , the origin of inferior nasal concha 30mm±4. 1, the origin of middle nasal concha 27. 9mm±4. 3. These data are important for transsphenoidal approach, because the piriform aperture and the origin of both inferior and middle nasal conchas restricted the opening width of the Hardy specula. If any distance of these bony structures was much less than the mean one, may cause inadequate opening of the specula blade and resulting dissatisfied operative field. Microadenomas or cystic tumors perhaps can be operated even in a narrow exposure, but large or giant solid adenomas may need a proper evaluation including changing the operative approach or performing a bilateral submucous inferior conchotomy or posterior ethmoidectomy firstly.

手术中还利用CT导航系统观察棒研究了经口—鼻蝶窦入路在斜坡区和前颅底能够达到的实际有效操作范围，为扩大经蝶窦入路手术在斜坡区和前颅底的应用奠定基础，在国内外尚未见同类报道。41例垂体瘤患者梨状孔平均宽度27.2mm±3.1，下鼻甲根部附着处间距30mm±4.1，中鼻甲根部附着处间距27.9mm±4.3，这是经口—鼻蝶窦入路手术中，对Hardy双瓣鼻窥器张开限制的主要骨性结构，若患者这些径线值明显小于平均值，则可能因为鼻窥器打开不充分而影响手术暴露，当然对于垂体微腺瘤和以囊变为主的垂体瘤可能影响不大，但对于大和巨大垂体瘤必须要有充分的准备，包括评估是否改用其他入路，或先行鼻甲切除再行经蝶手术。

Study the activity of inducible nitric oxide synthase in the liver of rabbits infected with Eimeria stiedai, the concentration of nitric oxide in the serum、the coccidian oosysts per gram feces ,Score the pathologies according to anatomic structures of rabiits'livers and micoscopic pathological changes. So as to study the effect of exogenous NO and NOS of the rabbits infected with E.stiedai. The results showed that when the rabbits were infected with E.stiedai, the activity of iNOS in the liver and the concentration of NO in the serum gradually increased and they both reached the peak after 12 days in the control group , GTN and GSNO groups.

We demonstrated that the nuclear genetic materials in reconstructed blastocyst cells were the same as that of giant panda somatic cells by chromosome count and the existence of characteristic chromosome, which was confirmed by microsatellite DNA analysis later In order to determine the fate of mtDNA of giant panda-rabbit reconstructed embryos, we analyzed the cyt b sequence of embryos at 1 -cell stage, 2-cell stage, 4-cell stage, 8 cell stage, morula stage, blastocyst stage, expanded blastocyst stage and hatched blastocyst stage.

We find α-latrotoxin lowers the Ca~(2+) threshold required for exocytosis without the RRP change employed the ramp [Ca~(2+)]i stimulation generated by continuous UV illumination; Using combined techniques of membrane capacitance measurement and Ca~(2+) uncaging, we show that α-latrotoxin accelerates the fusion kinetics of the readily releasable pool of vesicles, and α-latrotoxin shifts the Ca~(2+)-dependence toward lower Ca~(2+) concentrations.
