Results (1) 6 cases of Tuberous Sclerosis. Diffused subependymal nodular calcification lesions were found in all cases on unenhenced CT. 4 patients are 2 pairs of mother/child relationship. Both of the two mothers are found to suffer from renal angiomyolipoma.(2)1 case of neurofibromatosis showed abnormal spinal canal: scoliosis of thoracic and lumbar spine, concave change of vertebral posterior border. Bilateral renal hypogenesis was found in this patient. Diffused hyper-density lesions were found in kidney and fatty accumulation was found in back skin.(3)6 cases of Sturge-Weber syndrome. On unenhenced CT, curving and strip-shaped calcifications were found along the parietal and occipital gyrus.

结果 ①结节性硬化6例，所有病例CT平扫见两侧脑室室管膜下多发小结节状高密度钙化灶，其中4例为两对母子关系，并见两位母亲合并有肾脏错构瘤，；②神经纤维瘤病1例，MRI表现为椎管异常，胸腰段脊柱侧弯，椎体后缘呈明显的切凹改变；伴有双肾发育不良，CT示肾内多个高密度影，背部皮肤多量脂肪堆积，③脑颜面血管瘤综合征6例， CT可见顶枕部沿脑回分布的弯曲的条状高密度钙化，部分延伸致侧脑室内，增强后见病灶内有扭曲的条状和结节状明显强化的血管影；④小脑血管瘤病4例，影像学表现为小脑内大囊、小结节样占位性病变。

After +Gx, rhesus were anatomized and obtain tissues by means of HE staining with microscope, and collect urine for routine examination. Result:1 By light microiscopy, these were observed that nephroid ball differently swelled, nephroid vesicle dwindled,and serosity and red blood cell exuded out intovesicle. Denaturalization, putrescence and desquamation were found nephroid canaliculus epithelium, there were red conglomeration and cell in nephroid canaliculus.

结果1光镜下，与对照组相比实验组可见肾小球有不同程度的肿胀，囊腔变小甚至消失，内有数量不等的红细胞和浆液渗出；肾小管上皮细胞变性、脱落，管腔内有红染的团块和脱落的细胞成分。2常规尿液检测结果发现尿比重增加，尿液中有不同程度的潜血，尿中出现蛋白质，尿液的PH 值较对照组降低，另外，尿液中葡萄糖的含量降低。

objective to evaluate early signs of avascular necrosis of femoral head in adult by ct and to guide clinical treatment.methods the cases with suspicious diagnose of anfh were scaned in the both hip joints by x ray and ct to find the early signs of anfh with ct.results early signs of anfh using ct showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of high density osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.twenty five femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately low ostedensity area and cyst change.there were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.the cases in stage ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅱand stageⅲ were given decompression and ostetransplant.conclusion ct results show that the sign of the high osteodensity and low osteodensity and cyst change can disply early anfh.

摘 要］目的：探讨成人股骨头缺血性坏死的早期ct征象并指导临床治疗。方法：对临床疑诊anfh的全部病例均行x线平片及ct检查，分析anfh的早期ct征象。结果：早期anfh的ct表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的"星状征"，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属ⅲ期。治疗结果：ⅰ期行钻孔髓内减压术，ⅱ、ⅲ期行钻孔减压植骨术。

Objective To assess the results of lacrimal duct probing followed by irrigation with ofloxacin based on methylcellulose in infants under1years old with epiphora,due to congenital nasclacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Following the failure of regular lacrimal sac massage,60infants（67eyes）under1years old with persistent epiphora and impeded lacrimal drainage systemwere performed lacrimal duct probing followed by irrigaˉtion with ofloxacin based on methylcellulose under topic anesthesia.

目的 评价对患先天性鼻泪管阻塞的1岁内婴儿施行泪道探通术联合泪道内灌注氧氟沙星眼膏的临床效果方法因持续性泪溢、泪道冲洗不通，经泪囊区局部按摩无效而被确诊先天性鼻泪管阻塞的1岁内婴儿60例（67眼），在局麻下施行泪道探通术，并注入泪道以甲基纤维素为赋形剂的氧氟沙星眼膏，术后点滴氧氟沙星眼水1周。

There are more than two dozen reported cases of lumbar facet dislocation after rapid deceleration injuries (e.g., traffic accidents), most involving L5 S1.61,112 115 The mechanism of injury in these cases is purported to be a combination of hyperflexion, distraction, and rotation.61,112,116 In a posthumous study conducted in 31 lumbar spines of subjects who died of traumatic injuries,Twomey et al.117 found occult bony fractures in the superior articular process or subchondral bone plate in 35% of victims, and z-joint capsular and/or articular cartilage damage in 77% of cases.

Down-regulated expression of PTEN and up-regulated expression of VEGF〓 were considered as two important events in tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer and could act as molecular markers to indicate the pathobiological behaviors of ovarian cancer. Decreased PTEN expression and increased VEGF〓 expression were closely associated with tumorigenesis and pathobiological behaviors of ovarian endometrioid and serous cancer respectively. Reduced expression of PTEN gene might be involved in carcinogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer by up-regulating the VEGF〓 expression to enhance angiogenesis.
