Methods:9 patients including 8 male and 1 female were included in this study.2 patients suffered from both side of ANFH,5 were righe side and 2 were left side.X-ray,CT and MRI were performed before the surgery.4 hips were classified as ARCO stage 1,7 hips were stage 2.All the patients were treated as follows:the area of NFH and cystis degeneration were detected and bouche decompression was done through X-ray with C-arm,and the necrotic bone was cleared for the pathologic diagnosis under the monitoring of arthroscopy.And then the non-cell based tissue engineering bone, which was the complex of autologous red bone marrow and osteoinductice absorbing material containing BMP,was transplanted into the body.

本组9例，男性8例，女性1例；双侧股骨头坏死2例，右单侧股骨头坏死5例，左单侧股骨头坏死2例；术前均行X线摄片、CT、MRI 检查，ARCO分期：Ⅰ期4髋，Ⅱ期7髋；C型臂X线透视下行股骨头坏死区和囊性变区定位、髓芯减压，关节镜监视下，刮除坏死骨送病理；植入由自体红骨髓与含BMP的骨诱导活性材料复合成的非细胞型组织工程骨，并用空心钛钉支撑股骨头软骨下骨质。

In blastula embryos and 50% epiboly embryos, the zygotic pou2 transcript is also distributed in every blastomere cell. At the stage of 90% epiboly, expression of pou2 converges to the dorsal midline of embryos and locates in two waves of lateral neural plate and two transverse stripes in the brain region. In embryos at 100% epiboly, pou2 transcript is restricted in the neural plate and areas of presumptive midbrain amid himdbrain. From somite stage, gibel carp pou2 can not be detected any more, which is consistent with the RT-PCR result.

在高囊胚期和50%下包期，高度表达的合子转录本仍在所有的胚盘细胞中，但至90%下包期时，pou2的表达向胚胎背部的正中线汇聚，集中在神经板的两侧区域和脑部的两条横向条带在100%下包期时，pou2的表达集中在神经板的中间区域以及预期形成的中后脑区域至体节期时，转录本消失，这与RT-PCR结果高度一致。

Temporal and spatial expression pattern of gibel carp pou2 during embryogenesis was investigated by RT-PCR and whole-mount in situ hybridization. RT-PCR result indicates that there is maternal transcript of gibel carp pou2 in early embryos and the zygotic pou2 transcript is abundantly expressed from blastula stage. Large amount of pou2 transcript is detected at both 50% and 90% epiboly stages. At 100% epiboly stage, however, the pou2 transcript reduces rapidly and disappears at the later embryogenesis. Whole-mount in situ hybridization shows that the maternal transcript ubiquitously exists in all blastomere cells.

我们用RT-PCR和整体原位杂交的方法研究了银鲫pou2基因在胚胎发育过程中的时空表达图式RT-PCR结果显示，银鲫pou2基因有母源转录本，其合子基因在高囊胚期强烈表达，在50%下包期和90%下包期也有高量的转录本，但在100%下包期表达量急剧降低，至体节期时已经完全检测不到其转录本胚胎整体原位杂交结果显示其母源转录本在所有的胚盘细胞中。

Results Eleven cases of TBMN in children were showed as isolated hematuria, glomerule with normal appearance or slight change and characterized by diffuse thin basement membrane in ultrastructural observation( the thickness of GBM＜ 200 nm, and dense-layer＜ 100 nm).

结果：11例小儿TBMN临床主要表现为单纯血尿，无其它明显的阳性体征，光镜下肾小球无明显改变或轻微异常，未见蛋白管型，包曼囊内及肾小管腔内可见渗出的红细胞，电镜下GBM广泛变薄，平均厚度＜200 nm，致密层厚度＜100 nm。

The CNR of fat and muscle belly on T_1WI was higher than on PDWI(p = 0.000).Conclusions:1、Routine MRI can demonstrate the dependency structure of shoulder clearly.The distance of subcoracoid was 8.84±2.97mm.The distance of sub-acromion was 5.23±1.05mm. 2、The 3D-fiesta imaging with muti-angle reconstruction is better in showing the coracohumeral ligament,coracoacromial ligament,coracoclavicular ligament, capsulolabral complex and the bone of shoulder,combing with oblique coronal and oblique sagittal imaging of the fat-suppression sequence,the diseases of shoulder can be diagnosed.

1、常规MRI能够较清楚显示肩关节相关结构，喙突下距离8.84±2.97mm，肩峰下距离5.23±1.05mm.2、3D-fiesta序列图像，应用重建功能行任意角度重建，可更好地显示喙锁韧带、喙肩韧带、喙肱韧带、盂唇-关节囊复合体及肩关节骨骼，结合斜冠位、斜矢状位的压脂序列，即可达到对肩关节疾病进行诊断的目的。
