A Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the upper abdomen shows a saclike mass of dilated jejunal loops between the pancreatic head and stomach. The descending mesocolon and stomach are displaced laterally. The dilated inferior mesenteric vein is located at the anterior border of the encapsulated loops.

Objective To discussion the Ultrasonography of multilocular cystic nephroma and Diagnostic value of ultrasonographic,Raise awareness about the disease.

目的：探讨多房性囊性肾瘤的超声表现，以及超声检查对多房性囊性肾瘤的诊断价值，提高对该病的认识。

Abdominal sonography, CT and MRI showed a multiloculated cystic mass in the caudate lobe of liver with some punctate calcifications at the peripheral wall and thickened septa.

腹部超音波，电脑断层及核磁共振影像显示在肝脏尾叶有一个多囊性的肿块，合并有囊壁及间隔的增厚及钙化。

Results The lesion located at the basal segments of left lower lobe in 9 cases (90%), furthermore, 7(70%) at the posterior basal segments; The remainder 1 case (10%) was found at the posterior basal segment of right lower lobe; The lesion present as multiloculated cyst containing fluid and/or air in 7 cases(70%) without contrast enhancement of cyst wall, 3 cases (30%) presented as irregular mass with moderate enhancement, in which bronchiectasis with mucous impaction, calcification or cyst containing fluid may be seen; MRP, MIP and VR reconstructions showed anomalous branches arising from descending aorta in all 10 patients(100%) with draining into left atrium via pulmonary vein,which was consistent with surgery; Ipsilateral hilar lymphadenopathy was demonstrated in 7 cases (70%).

结果 9例（90％）病灶位于左下叶基底段，其中7例（70％）位于左下叶后基底段，1例（10％）位于右下叶后基底段；7例（70％）病灶表现为含液/气的薄壁多房囊腔，增强后囊壁无明显强化，3例（30％）表现为不规则团块，增强后有中等强化，其内有粘液嵌塞的扩张支气管，也可有钙化或液性区；MPR、MIP及VR等三维重建显示10例（100％）均为降主动脉发出异常分支供血，并通过肺静脉回流入左房，血管显示情况与手术相符；7例（70％）患侧肺门淋巴结有增大。

用碱解离、酸性品红染色法对云南热带、亚热带自然生长和部分移栽到温室中的256种（拟蕨类植物20种，真蕨类植物236种）蕨类植物孢子体的VA菌根状况进行了调查研究，结果发现，在拟蕨类植物中，孢子体只存在兼性VA菌根营养和自养两种菌根营养类型，两种类型，两种类型所占的比例相当；在真蕨类植物中，厚囊蕨类植物VA菌根营养的比例较高（92%），且无自养类型；而在薄囊蕨类植物中，自养型占71%，VA菌根营养和兼性菌根营养所占的比例都不高，分别是15%和14%。

Till now, Studies on Sorangium have mainly been carried out on its intriguing, novel and diverse bioactive metabolites and the genes for synthesis of these metabolites. However, to our knowledge no studies on the cellulolytic activity, the unique and basic property of Sorangium among myxobacteria have been reported yet.

目前国内外关于堆囊菌的研究大都仅仅局限于新颖、功能不同的活性代谢产物的筛选和鉴定以及代谢产物合成功能基因寻找和改造方面，而对于堆囊菌能降解纤维素大分子底物这一有别于其他粘细菌的自身独特的、最基本的特性，目前尚未见到相关的研究报道。

Results: Although most cases (11/16) were typical and clearly classified on MRI, atypical cases were also observed, such as meningioma of long T1/T2 signal intensity with small cystic foci, and neurinoma of iso intensity and homogenous enhancement without cystic change or enlargement of internal acoustic meatus.

结果：尽管多数神经鞘瘤(5/8)和脑膜瘤(6/8)具有典型的MRI表现特征并仅经MRI即可得到正确鉴别，但部分病例(5/16)为不典型表现者，如脑膜瘤呈长T1长T2信号并伴有囊变，以及神经鞘瘤呈等信号、均匀强化且不伴有囊变或内听道扩大者，鉴别诊断困难。
