Methods One hundred and three cases with rupture of lens posterior capsular, non-envelope and extension of the zonule in cataract surgery from October 1997 to October 2006 were reviewed retrospectively.

回顾1997年10月～2006年10月我院白内障手术中的晶体后囊破损、无囊膜、晶体悬韧带断离等103例，均采用PCIOL不同植入法固定，取得了满意效果。

Purpose: 1. Zonular fibers are a specific form of extracellular matrix composed mainly of fibrillin what believed to be secreted by non-pigmented ciliary epithelium. The variation of fibrillin-1 distribution in lens capsule after zonule rupture was investigated in the research.

目的：1。晶状体悬韧带是一种特殊的细胞外基质，主要由睫状体非色素上皮细胞分泌产生的fibrillin-1（微纤维蛋白-1）所组成，本研究的目的是观察悬韧带离断后，晶状体囊膜中fibrillin-1的变化，探讨悬韧带离断对晶状体囊膜组成的影响；2。

During cataract surgery, when counter with rupture of lens posterior capsular, deletion and extension of the zonule in ICCE, ECCE, PHACO and SICS, the ideal way is in-the-bag implantation and scleral suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens.

白内障摘除手术中，不管采用ICCE、ECCE、超声乳化及小切口法等遇到晶体后囊膜破损、缺失或悬韧带断离等采用囊袋内植入和睫状沟巩膜瓣下缝线固定法应是术者较理想的首选。

Polycystic ovary syndrome , one of the most common endocrine diseases affecting women of reproductive age, plays an important role in anovulatory infertility, with a prevalence of up to 5%~21%; The main clinical manifestations include irregular menstruation (amenorrhea or infrequent menstruation or dysfunctional uterine bleeding), infertility, hirsutism, obesity and acanthosis nigricans. Elevated serum LH levels and hyperandrogenism, insulin resistance with compensatory hyperinsulinemia are its endocrinological features. Polycystic ovary morphology is also a common feature in PCOS. With the advance researches, PCOS displays its complexity and essential trend.

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome，简称PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病之一，在不排卵性不孕中占主要地位，发病率约5%～21%；主要表现为月经异常、不孕、多毛、肥胖及黑棘皮征，以高雄激素血症、促性腺激素异常、高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗等内分泌学特征，以双侧卵巢增大呈囊性改变并间质增生为病理形态学基础的多系统疾病。

Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

Different strains have different reaction to the delay of oviducts in body after animal death. After 10min delay C57BL/6 mouse oocytes have death rate of 56.5%,significantely higher than Kunming mouse (47.6%);Spontaneous activation rates were respectively 13.3% and 46.0%, C57BL/6 were obviously lower than Kunming mouse.4. The oviducts were obtained after being delayed 5min 24h after the mice were injected with hCG. The oocytes were cultured in CZB. About 81.1% occurred spontaneous activation, evidently lower than parthenogenetic rate (96.4%) with SrCl_2. Spontaneous activable oocytes had high cleavage rate(93.2%) and 4-cell rate(87.3%). However, spontaneous activable oocytes had blastula development rate(18.7%) as low as parthenogenetic oocytes by SrCl_2(22.9%).

不同品系小鼠卵母细胞对输卵管在体内滞留产生的反应不同，滞留10min C57BL/6系小鼠卵母细胞死亡率为56.5%，显著高于昆明鼠(47.6%)；自发激活率分别为13.3%和46.0%，C57BL/6系小鼠显著低于昆明鼠。4.hCG后24h体内滞留5min卵母细胞在CZB中培养自发激活率为81.1%，显著低于SrCl_2孤雌激活率(96.4%)；自发激活的卵母细胞有较高的卵裂率(93.2%)和4-cell比率(87.3%)，但囊胚率(18.7%)较低，同卵龄的卵母细胞经SrCl_2孤雌激活囊胚发育率为22.9%，差异不显著。

Soil available N was positively correlated with spore density of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Dioscorea opposite, and hyphal and total percent colonization of Adenophora borealis, while negatively correlated with arbuscular colonization of Aster tataricus; Soil available P exhibited a positive correlation with arbuscular colonization of Salvia miltiorrhiza and vesicular colonization of Dioscorea opposite, while a negative correlation with spore density of Platycodon grandiflorus and vesicular colonization of Atractylodes macrocephala; Spore density of Bupleurum Chinense had a positive affection with soil organic matter; Soil pH was negatively correlated with hyphal and total colonization of Adenophora borealis and spore density of Bupleurum chinense, while positively correlated with spore density of Adenophora borealis.

土壤碱解N与丹参和麻山药的孢子密度、北沙参菌丝定殖率和总定殖率呈显著正相关，与紫苑丛枝定殖率呈显著负相关。土壤速效P与丹参丛枝定殖率、麻山药泡囊定殖率呈显著正相关，与桔梗孢子密度、白术泡囊定殖率呈显著负相关。土壤有机质与北柴胡孢子密度呈显著负相关。土坡pH与北沙参菌丝定殖率和总定殖率、北柴胡孢子密度呈显著负相关，与北沙参孢子密度呈显著正相关。

本文以检疫性害虫—美洲斑潜蝇 Liriomyza sativae Blandchard及其优势种天敌—黄腹潜蝇茧蜂opius caricivorae Fischer这一寄生体系为研究对象，对黄腹潜蝇茧蜂的毒液器官形态和超微结构、类病毒颗粒存在与否及其分布、毒液的蛋白组分及其对寄主的生理影响等进行了初步的研究，取得以下结果：(1)位于雌蜂腹部近背面的黄腹潜蝇茧蜂的毒液器官属于类型Ⅰ，由一个土黄色、锥状的毒囊、7个透明的椭圆形的毒腺和一个导管构成的，其中毒囊由发达的纵肌环绕。
