In this dissertation, the stable radical cation salts ofphenothiazine and 10 - alkylphenothiazine alky=〓(〓 hexachloroantimonate,perchlorate and iodide were prepared by one- electron oxidationwith 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl - 4 -acetyloxypiperidine oxoammoniumhexachloroantimonate, perchloric acid/hydrogen peroxide andmolecular iodine respectively, and they were characteried by UV -Vis spectroscopy and ESR spectroscopy.

本文的主要内容有：吩噻嗪和10-烃基吩噻嗪分别被碘、高氯酸／过氧化氢，2，2，6，6-四甲基-4-乙酰氧基哌啶氧铵六氯锑酸盐氧化为相应的正离子自由基碘盐、高氯酸盐、六氯锑酸盐，并用UV-Vis光谱和ESR波谱进行了鉴定和研究。

Based on the results of photophysical and electrochemical data, we found the effective conjugation length of oligomers are extended with increasing phenothiazine units which are saturated up to six phenothiazinevinylene units.

吩噻嗪分子是一类拥有较好的刚性结构和大的π共轭体系的杂环分子，具有扭曲的蝴蝶型构象，所以吩噻嗪分子能够阻止π键堆积和链间激基复合物的形成，在有机光电功能材料中显示了很好的应用前景。

Four non-ionic europium complexes,〓-phen(11),〓·bipy(12),〓·dia(13) and 〓(14)(TTA=2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone, DBM=dibenzoylmethane, phen=phenanthroline, bipy=2,2'-bipyridine, dia=4,5- diazafluoren-9-one, dmbp=4,4'-dimethyl-2,2,-bipyridine), were synthesised and the triboluminescent phenomena of 12, 13 and 14 were firstly observed. Structure determinations of 11,12 and 14 were carried out. The triboluminescence maxima of 12 and 13 are similar to those of their photoluminescence. X-Ray structure analyses show that Eu atoms all exhibit eight-coordinate tetragonal antiprismatic geometries and complexes 11, 12 and 14 are all centrosymmetric.

Further aza-Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates gave the carbodiimide s 4, which were reacted with secondary amines to give 2-dialkylamino-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 in the presence of catalytic amounts of EtO-Na+ in 58%～82%.

The influence of the Vilsmeier formylation reaction, the immediate Grignard reaction, the mediate Grignard reaction and the solvents on the synthesis of 2,8-diformyldibenzhothiophene was also investigated.

The method is characterized in that:(1) the reflux of the 2-[N, N- 2amino]-3-cyano-group-4-thiopheneacetic-5-carboxylic acid tetra ester is carried out in the proper sodium hydroxide aqueous solution of alcohol for 5h to 6h and the pH value is kept over 10 during hydrolysis;(2) the ethanol of 20 per cent to 60 per cent is added and then the strontium chloride aqueous solution with 2times to 2.5times molal weight is directly added, precipitates the crystal, is filtered and dried;(3) water is added to carry out the reflux and the little salt packed in the crude product is removed, and the product is collected through heat filtration.

其特征在于：①将2--3-氰基-4-羧甲基噻吩-5-羧酸四酯在适量氢氧化钠水醇溶液中回流5～6小时，水解过程保持pH值10以上；②然后再加入20-60％乙醇，随后直接加入2-2.5倍摩尔量氯化锶水溶液，析出结晶，过滤，晾干；③加水回流，除去粗品中包裹少量盐，热过滤，收集产品。

Phenothiazines were also oxidized byiodine and 2, 2, 6, 6- tetramethyl - 4 - acetyloxypiperidineoxoammonium hexachloroantimonate to radical cations in the cavityof β-cyclodextrins in aqueous solution.
