摘要］ 目的探讨妇科急症腹腔镜手术的可行性、安全性及治疗效果方法在全麻下采取常规三孔法置入腹腔镜器械，根据不同疾病采取相应的手术方法，如：输卵管切除术，输卵管开窗术，卵巢部分切除术，侧附件切除术，脓肿切开引流术。
