In this thesis, we introduce RF transceiver architectures for the wireless communication system and some parameters of the down-conversion mixer. By means of the noise model of RF-CMOS mixers presented by ABIDI in 2000, circuit designers will know how the noise appears at the output of a CMOS down-conversion mixer.

本篇论文介绍了无线通讯系统中常用的射频接收机系统架构及混频器的参数介绍外，并藉由ABIDI於2000年所提出CMOS混频器之杂讯模型，透过此模型将使电路设计者更清楚的了解到杂讯源将经由何种过程出现在混频器的输出端。

The design cross sectional area of shunt is calculated by the product of carrying rated current ratio and Bi-2223/AgAu matrix and shunt resistivity ratio. When quenching happens, shunt carries more current to void burn out or overheat of superconductor.
