The experiment acquired pressure distribution and circulating rate under three fluidizing velocity (3.5m/s、4.5m/s、5.5m/s) and different media load. An experimental equation was acquired between circulating rate and the distribution of the pressure. And the relation between the circulating rate and the opening rate of the valve connecting the returner and the EHE was carefully discussed as well as the relation between the pressure of the EHE and the flow rate of the fluidizing air.

得到三种流化风速下（3.5m/s、4.5m/s、5.5m/s）不同装料量所对应的主床床体压力分布和物料循环量，得到循环量与压力的分布和流化风速的本实验台上的经验公式，并通过测量返料器通向外置换热器机械阀开度和返料量的关系，得到旋风分离器中下落物料进入换热器和直接进入主床的比例关系，同时测得换热器中压力和送风量的关系。

The experiments show that the PS and PSD of particles produced by SAA process can be controlled by adjusting process parameters, and among them, the pressure of the saturator used has the most effect on the PS and PSD, while the temperature of the saturator has the least effect. When using ethanol as solvent, the optimum operating conditions of using SAA process to produce erythromycin micro-particles from erythromycin-ethanol-CO2 system were found as follows. The pressure and temperature of the saturator are 10.5MPa and 70℃, respectively, the inlet flow rate and the concentration of inlet solution of the precipitator are 9 mLmin^(-1) and 15mgmL^(-1), respectively.

实验结果表明：选用乙醇做溶剂可制备出粒径在1~3μm的红霉素超细微粒，大部分微粒形态呈完整的球形；各影响因素对微粒粒径及粒径分布均有不同程度的影响，其中混合器压力对微粒粒径及粒径分布的影响最明显，混合器温度的影响最小，微粒粒径及粒径分布可通过改变操作参数进行控制；在本研究范围内，最优操作条件为混合器压力10.5MPa，混合器温度70℃，溶液浓度15mgmin^(1)，进液速度9mLmin^(1)。

In order to realize real-time control, the paper studied two kinds of closed-loop control structures such as based on scalar quantity and double closed-loop control structure, moreover established their control structure, then simulation to the double closed-loop control structure of voltage source type matrix converter. Accordingly, the accident of sulfide stress corrosion cracking should be taken into account.The SSCC sensitivity and cracking time of 16Mn steel used to make the cold-high pressure segregator and common 16Mn steel in solutions with various H2S contents and pH values, simulated solution and operating solution were investigated by constant strain bend and slow strain rate test.Hydrogen diffusion coefficients of 16Mn steel, 16Mn steel and their welded seams were also tested by the electrolyte hydrogen charged method.Safety evaluation of the cold-high pressure segregator was given with above results.

针对制造过程中由于开孔失误而进行补焊的冷高压分离器在高压、高浓度的H2S环境的使用安全问题，采用了电化学充氢、恒应变和慢拉伸的实验方法，研究了制造冷高压分离器的主体材料16Mn钢和普通的16Mn钢及其焊缝的氢扩散系数，在不同H2S浓度、pH值，模拟冷高压分离器操作环境溶液和实际溶液中的腐蚀规律和硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性，结合实际腐蚀环境的检测和分析结果，对补焊后的冷高压分离器的使用安全给出了综合评估。
