Results The levels of IgE,IL-4and histamine in sera and the number of acidophilic cells in blood were all in-creased;The asphyxiant sign,the congestion and edema of the epiglottis,a large amount of the lightish yellow mucous fluid with some blood-filaments in the tracheae,pneumochysis,scattered petechiae on the inside surfaces and the bot-toms of both lung lobes were found;cerebromeningeal haemorrhage and cerebral edema were observed under microso-cope.

结果 检血中IgE、IL-4、组胺含量和嗜酸粒细胞数量均显著增加。死者呈窒息征象；气管喉头充血水肿，气管内有大量淡黄色夹有血丝的粘性液体，肺水肿，肺叶间及肺底部散在点状出血；脑膜出血和脑水肿。

Apoptotic eosinophils were added to A549 cells which was pretreated with dexamethasone or RU38486 for engulfment .

After engulfment apoptotic eosinophils were stained for peroxidase with o-dianisidine and A549 cells were stained with haematoxylin.

METHODS: Eighty guinea pigs were randomized into control group, model group, salbutamol treated group and Maxin liquid treated group. Asthma model s were established by ovalhumin. The changes of eosinophile in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, thromboxane B2 and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1a in blood, the airway resistance and the pulmonary compliance were observed by Pap staining, radio-immunity , and pulmonary function test instrument of MIL type specially for experimental animal.

实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、复方麻辛组、沙丁胺醇组，选用豚鼠共80只，采用清蛋白造模，并运用巴氏染色法、放射免疫法、MIL型实验动物肺功能测量仪，分别检测肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞数、血浆凝血恶烷(TXB2)、6-酮－前列腺素(6-K-PGF1a)以及清蛋白激发后气道阻力和肺顺应性。

Methods 13 patients with rhinopolypus were treated by fluticasone. The expression of PKC and the apoptosis of eosinophlis before and after treatment were detected by flow cytometry, and the normal membrane of nosepiece in 7 healthy subjects was used as control.

Emperipolesis of numerous small lymphocytes was seen in the cytoplasm of some large histiocytes.

结果： 镜下可见丰富的胶原纤维和组织细胞增生以及大量浆细胞、淋巴细胞和嗜酸粒细胞浸润，组织细胞呈梭形、多边形，胞质嗜酸性颗粒状、放射条纹状或泡沫状，一些大组织细胞质内有多量小淋巴细胞。
