嗜酸白细胞

The test results of 20 blood samples detected on different hematological analyzers were analyzed by a q test which indicated that there were no statistical differences between blocks（P＞0.05）. The correlative coefficient was over 0.97 and the relative deviation was within the range of allowable error.

结果：89例患者均有发热，血白细胞正常或减少，嗜酸粒细胞减少，50%有转氨酶升高、对多种抗生素高度敏感，尤其喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、头孢三代(头孢他啶、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟)及氯霉素敏感率大于90%，其中，左氧氟沙星、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、头孢他啶敏感率为100%，平均疗程10 d，平均退热时间5.4 d。

收集的临床资料包括：年龄、性别、住院日、发病距入院的时间、既往心绞痛病史、发病前48小时内心绞痛发作情况、合并高血压病、合并糖尿病及心肌梗死部位情况、嗜烟史、入院时心率、血压、溶栓药物、溶栓距发病的时间、血管再通情况、血清肌酸磷酸激酶MB同工酶峰值、入院时血白细胞计数、血脂及溶栓前后的心电图。
