收集的临床资料包括：年龄、性别、住院日、发病距入院的时间、既往心绞痛病史、发病前48小时内心绞痛发作情况、合并高血压病、合并糖尿病及心肌梗死部位情况、嗜烟史、入院时心率、血压、溶栓药物、溶栓距发病的时间、血管再通情况、血清肌酸磷酸激酶MB同工酶峰值、入院时血白细胞计数、血脂及溶栓前后的心电图。
