The study is focused on the molecular epidemiology of Aeromonas hydrophila Aerolysin-like toxin gene and its application in aquiculture.

本项目对水产养殖危害严重的致病菌嗜水气单胞菌气溶素类毒素基因流行病学的理论和应用进行了较为全面的研究。

The luminescence intensity of suspended immune cells (1×10〓 cells/ml) from peripheral blood, anterior kidney and spleen of grass carp, which were from two groups immunized with being injected Aeromonas hydrophilia and unimmunized respectively, were detected by means of BPCL4 Intelligentized Ultraweak Luminometer, the datum that were dealt with statistics demonstrated that luminescence intensity of the cells from all kinds of immune organs and blood were intensified after the fish were immunized in two weeks and the luminescence intensity from anterior kidney cells was the highest, mitogens had the enhancing effects. Luminol could strengthened luminescence intensity.

把未免疫的和经过嗜水产气单胞菌注射免疫的草鱼外周血、前肾、胸腺和脾脏以及它们的悬浮细胞（密度控制在1×10〓个细胞／ml左右）分别用BPCL4智能化微弱发光测量仪测量各组的发光强度，结果显示：草鱼各类免疫器官与细胞在免疫两周后发光强度增加，肾细胞的发光强度最大；有丝分裂原具有增强作用；化合物鲁米诺能提高发光强度。

Aeromonas hydrophila BA6 was identified as a nonpathogenic agent,while the other seven strains (BA1,BA3,BA10,BAH,BA15,BA16 and XA23) were pathogenic. However,there would be difference in virulence among the strains of the same or different species.

结果表明嗜水气单胞菌BA6株为非致病株，其余7株嗜温气单胞菌为致病株，但细菌的毒力大小在不同表型种间和不同菌株间都存在差异。

We detected the distribution of lipases in 35 Aeromonas isolates by PCR andphenotypic test using tributyrin as substrate. The positive rates were 100% and 83%,respectively. The lipase activity or associated genes could be detected in the two avirulentstrains, A. hydrophila W1 and A. hydrophila 4332. It suggested that lipase might not be animportant factor in pathogenic mechanism of A.
